I doubt he'll be involved in the main plot since this movie looks to be pushing Diversity Supergirl for the reboot.
Take this with a grain of salt, but a supposed plot leak, claims that Nic's Superman appears at the end of the film, when Flash returns to the correct timeline only to discover that Superman is now Nicolas Cage, and Batman is George Clooney.

DC and Warner Bros. have a hard time not spoiling their own movies. They spoiled Dawn of Justice by revealing Wonder Woman and Doomsday in their marketing. They didn't have to show Michael Keaton Batman and Nic Cage Superman here; it would have been better as a surprise in the film. All this fan service kinda reeks of desperation.
Like how Sony spoiled Amazing Spiderman 2 in marketing, and was also very shit. Some other movies do this and they keep on failing (i.e. Fantf4stick, Ghostbusters 2016, Terminator Dark Fate, Tomb Raider 2018, etc.) because even studios have no faith in these movies at this rate and just want to dump them out as quickly as possible and get this over and done it.

It would be kinda cute if there was a bit sorta like spider verse where Flash is running and reality is shifting around him, and at one point Adam West Batman with the bomb runs along side him
I mean, if Adam West was still alive, but he died six years ago. Or filmmakers and WB could just shoehorn in an Adam West hologram like what Universal did with Paul Walker after his death in one of the newer Fast & Furious movies.

There was a comic called Planetary which was... pretty good actually. And in one book there's a character who is slipping between dimensions in a city called Gotham and they encounter Batman. And because they are still slipping Batman alters between different incarnations. One moment Jacinda is going toe-to-toe with an early comics version the next he's suddenly the Adam West version who declares "I can't hit a girl!" (ironcially it is this version who defeats her with some Anti-Female Villain Spray). Another character Snow is then confronted by the Adam West version only to have Batman switch to the Frank Miller version just as Snow is making a snide remark.

I should re-read that series sometime.

Yeah I was figuring some sort of Forrest Gump deepfake shit

it's in so far that it tries to make sure the hype that usually word of mouth generates happens. basically "whoa did you hear X is in the movie", but instead from a friend or in some blog, it gets screamed right in your face so you know it. also probably trying to get maximum return on their marketing budget and not risking it the hype doesn't come organically.

if you mean FF7 that was just for the sendoff and used his brother as a stand-in since he died during filming (and for something like fast and furious it was actually tastefully done, surprisingly). the alternative was to just kill him off or worse have him die off-screen. the context matters.

I'd argue that WB will finally use AI to include a holographic Adam West

"I'll just use my trusty Bat-Return-From-The-Dead-Projector, old chum!"
Thanks a lot, Bugs Bunny. You definitely are a stinker.

Seriously WB, what the fuck?

In all honesty Snow was always overdue for pain in that series. It often felt like all the slaps upside the head that belonged to him ended up hitting Drummer instead.

Also something we're never going to get any adaptations of since I suspect evil Fantastic Four, particularly the part where not Johnny Storm burns an alien baby to death, is not going to get the nod from Disney any time soon.

Considering how the Fantastic Four has turned in media, of course we're never gonna get a good one any time soon. (:_(

Kind of worrying that the closest we're going to get to a decent film version of the Fantastic Four is The Incredibles.
It doesn't even count as an actual Fantastic Four movie, I mean something in the actual F4 series. Incredibles was great, but it's not Fantastic Four.

It doesn't. But it gave us the closest we're going to see to a family of superheroes with those power sets (stretching, super strength and invulnerability, force fields and invisibility from a character with a more impulsive younger sibling). Even had a take on the Mole Man as a villain though as a bit role rather than a central antagonist.

I don't honestly know how you would nail a Fantastic Four movie. It might work better as a live action series.
