It's been 50/50 for me. I've either been getting a terrible solo queue team or one like the previous poster mentioned that kicks my ass 5 minutes in with no inbetween.The event is awful for soloq survivors and is heavily killer sided. I have no idea where you guys keep getting these comp teams from. My team dies 99% of the time, and I don't even think MMR is on for it. I don't see how killer shouldn't get at least 3 kills every game.
To my knowledge SBMM is enabled in events, it's just way looser and doesn't affect the main gamemode MMR. Extremely long queue times loosen it even further which may make it appear as being disabled entirely. So if you are higher MMR on killer, then comp teams will be the first you will be matched with. Then it goes down and down as the queue increases. People used to say that 2v8 didn't use MMR, but the system simply couldn't find enough survivors of the same rank to be matched with. Yeah this sounds pretty horrendous and nauseating. Personally I would prefer a skin for Kaneki from the ending of the series where he is happily married, because I personally don't think we have enough happily married heterosexual Killers in the Game.

Clown doesn't seem too nerfed. DEV NOTE: When it comes to The Clown’s power, his purple bottles see much more use than his yellow ones across skill levels. To better incentivize their use, we’ve given the yellow bottles a quicker activation, greater speed boost and wider effective range, coupled with some base speed increases. To compensate, purple bottles have received a slight nerf, requiring a little more throw control to get their full value.
DEV NOTE: Yes, we know. We buffed Pig. Outside of her traps, her ability to surprise Survivors is an important part of her appeal. By increasing her speed and making her Terror Radius fade quicker while sneaking, she’ll have more chances to act on unprepared Survivors
- Increased crouched movement speed
- Increased speed of crouching and un-crouching
- Increased the speed at which the Terror Radius fades when crouching
- Increased Ambush movement speed
- Added input buffering to:
- Crouching
- Charging an Ambush attack
- Adjusted several add-ons.
This got nuked in 7.6.0 to be 1 bottle only because survivor mains couldn't handle a killer having a 2.5s expose and constantly bitched about how """"""OP"""""" it was.ultra rare add-on that allows instant down will get nuked too because why not?
