Frieza vs Megatron is so random. It's also one-sided, Black Frieza is retardedly OP. They often cuck DBZ though, so I imagine they'll lowball him.

Yeah, he's the latest form of Frieza. He casually one-shotted MUI Goku & UE Vegeta simultaneously before they could even react, after he just one-shotted Gas too (the strongest mortal in Universe 7, easily stronger than Goku/Vegeta).

I can't imagine any version of Ryu being particularly powerful, but I'm only super familiar with the core games and animes.
