That was pretty well animated and voiced, especially Megatron. I guess they gave Frieza his Black form after all, too. It really shouldn't have been as close as it was though, but I guess they need an entertaining fight.

Makima is pure bullshit though. When she "dies", someone else in Japan will die in her place, and so long as she feels like she's your superior, she has 100% control over you. They are going to have to leverage Makimas win condition on her proving to herself that she's better than Gojo while Gojo needs to kill her a metric fuck ton or dispose of her permanently.

Makima is the Control Devil, aka the concept of Control itself, so she’s one of the Primal Fears of humanity which means her power is crazy effective. She was the main antagonist of Part 1.

Guess there isn’t a lawyer devil in this world because I’m sure those contracts Makima made could be rendered null and void given she hides her identity and can control people, meaning coercion and potentially getting folks to sign contracts under duress.

Well Makima gets killed a lot of times but comes out unscathed due to that rule since its been shown repeatedly. But Death Battle has been known to ignore canon for easy wins like how much they nerfed Alucard and buffed DIO.

As for Chainsaw Man itself, it's a really wild ride that I'd strongly recommend. Best to read the manga though, anime is decent, but manga has a more fun experience to it.
