I've never even heard of Death Battle, but does the redneck character always talk like that? Because I'd rather have tinnitus than sit through 20 minutes of that.

Oh, he gives this show most of its charmI've never even heard of Death Battle, but does the redneck character always talk like that? Because I'd rather have tinnitus than sit through 20 minutes of that.
Yeah, pretty much.I've never even heard of Death Battle, but does the redneck character always talk like that? Because I'd rather have tinnitus than sit through 20 minutes of that.
Yes. I don’t remember where I heard this from, but apparently his voice actor based it off Sarge from Red vs Blue. And the recent episodes are an improvement to how he originally sounded.I've never even heard of Death Battle, but does the redneck character always talk like that? Death Battle has a specific rule that more or less says 'the character will fight to the death and do whatever it takes to win the fight'. Every character will use lethal force and attempt to kill their opponent, no matter what their canon morality is. Also, any power or ability that would not be used because of collateral damage or self-injury will be used for for the fight, even if the character wouldn't do that to win a one-on-one fight in the source material. Most matchups have a lot of (usually out of character) bloodlust and cruel violence going on.
I know, I just find it noteworthy that Goku and Superman explicitly were way more friendly than most matchups and ended with them being best buddies. The special and careful treatment for Goku just made me roll my eyes a bit.Death Battle has a specific rule that more or less says 'the character will fight to the death and do whatever it takes to win the fight'. A good example of this is Batman does go for the kill in any Death Battle he is in. Batman won't make a quick stop by the gun before the fight, because he never carries a firearm, but he would use his batarang to slice open somebody's neck if possible. This is to prevent characters from losing fights that they would otherwise have the strength to win.
The only exception to this rule that I can think of is Sanji from One Piece still not using his fists in his Death Battle, specifically because he has shown to not use his hands in a fight to the death in the source material.
I remember Wile E. Coyote vs Tom being a Tournament of Champions winner, as voted on by members, and I even considered it an upset considering other matchups. Though I still wonder if that win was the result of protest votes as a result of how Warner handled Coyote vs Acme.Matchups confirmed

Though there is a clarification for Columbo vs Light

Don't count bowser out, he's got some pretty wacky feats, especially if they use his appearances in the rpgs. He might not have the chaos emeralds but give him the star rod from paper mario and things might become much more even.I like how half of these match ups are toss ups but Eggman, Columbo, and Asura would easily win the ones they are in.
What kind of schizo would fork over $250-$5K for fucking Death Battle? The average watcher doesn't have that type of cash lying around.
i hope 250k changes the production value and they no longer have to rely on spritesWhat kind of schizo would fork over $250-$5K for fucking Death Battle? The average watcher doesn't have that type of cash lying around.
