Some gynecologists actually remove tubes, instead of tying or otherwise disrupting them. It doesn't take that much longer, it eliminates any chances of the lumen (hole) reconnecting, and it also eliminates the possibility of Fallopian tube cancer, which is very rare but usually fatal.

I can work to an extent but not enough to afford rent or food at full cost. Unfortunately red states like mine don’t ban source of income discrimination and have destroyed almost all public housing, so that's where I'm having issues. It's a huge problem.
