The way it is covered varies by state but one way or another, yes. There are just a few consent hoops to jump through, due to a historical controversy about forced sterilization of defectives like Android.

I don't have much of a problem with first trimester abortions. It is a difficult time for any woman but the act definitely gets more sad the further along in development so highly recommend procedure in this window of opportunity.

Second is iffy because that baby is alive enough to feel death and we don't give it analgesics until waaaay too far along. I think it's too unethical based on that.

Elective third trimesters are insane and evil. I can't comprehend choosing that over adoption after waiting so long. Even if the baby is all mangled and will die at birth to me I'd rather go that route than have it dissected in my womb.
