Literally you have an image that says he became prime minister in 63 and left power in 79 followed by a graph showing life expectancy beginning to fall in 63 and then rebounding in 79. Literally you posted evidence showing the exact opposite of what you wanted to show.

He killed a bunch of people. Life expectancy goes down. He stops doing that. Life expectancy goes up. People value life more now because horrible shit gave them a sense of perspective and life expectancy rises higher than it was originally.

Prefer Vietnamese Communists - Pol Pot attempted to industrialize Cambodia, yes (and to some extent succeeded) but on the international stage he was little more than a petty shit-starter, trying his best to ignite Southeast Asia in some fervent attempt to secure his own powerbase - the Vietnamese meanwhile setup governments in neighbouring countries and immediately attempted to aid in industrializing those countries. Vietnam today is still an emerging, stable economic power whereas the growth Pol Pot established was done so in a bubble at best, a bubble that burst.
