This is the case were the girl's mother and her illegal boyfriend did this because they would have to report his rape of the ten year old in Ohio. And a planned parenthood helped them cover up the crime. Fuck off baby murderer.

Can we articles that aren't shit and lie about what someone actually said.

Ohio has a rape exception. Problem is, the mother would have had to report her illegal boyfriend did the raping and we can't have that...

She answered the question about a 10 year old being potentially forced to give birth by saying "women are meant to carry life" even though the 10 year old in question was not a woman and couldn't safely carry a rape baby. You're pretending to not be able to read between the lines because apparently you also agree that a 10 year old is a woman

The pregnant child is a victim in this. Ten is too young, and has been since the beginning of time. Margaret Beaufort was married (again, first she was married at three) to Edmund Tudor at twelve and her husband was supposed to wait (the social norm of the time.) he didn’t, and the traumatic birth of Henry VII happened when she was just 13. She never had any more children, and that was apparently down to the horrendous injuries she suffered. It’s also supposed to have turned her into the person she was (interesting, but genuinely ferocious) Ten is a child and extremely high risk for complications md a very traumatic birth
Ohio has exemptions for rape, and child pregnancies. I am generally very much against abortion. At the same time I think that while it’s always killing there may be times when that killing is not necessarily fine and dandy but acceptable. Like war, or killing in self defence, we know killing the born is wrong but sometimes society allows it.
It appears the reason the child had so much trouble getting the abortion was the mother not reporting the boyfriend. I don’t really understand that tbh, if I was that kids mother the boyfriend would be buried under the patio by now.

That's unbelievably messed up.

However, I was responding more to that idiot's comments about how the child should have been forced to carry the product of rape to term. A lifelong albatross around her neck and reminder of that horrific crime. kill or rape At least until it kills or rapes her or someone else in the future.
 
I was reminded of this by the other thread, so I looked up this case again.

On April 19th (yesterday), the case was delayed until June 5th. That is a 1 month, 17 day delay. Getting a little longer than last time (one month 12 days) but it might be explainable by how it aligns with the weekend.

Such a shame that each day he's in jail is by definition a day he's not deported.

The fuck is "they"? Ohio law allows abortion in order to save the life of a mother, and no doctor is going to suggest a hardly pubescent child is capable of anything approaching safe pregnancy, let alone birth.

You really made this thread thinking "one dumb idiot civilian saying something dumb" was a silver bullet. If that was the case, any anti-abortion argument could just point to you with no further comment.

I'm surprised you didn't try lying again about mythical no-exception abortion restrictions.
