It does not have a right to demand that food also be ice cream every single time. People who have done their hardest in the past 60 or so years to make "therapeutic" murder a thing (culmination of which was an infamously bad decision (Roe v. Wade) that created non-existent rights that never before (Katz v. United States 389 U.S. 347 (1967)) or after (Soldal v. Cook County 506 U.S. 56 (1992)) were recognized again (like a general and broad right to privacy under the fourth) probably are not a super useful source on rights. To them, a 'right' is something to use to advance once's political goals, often in process destroying the rights of others.

Nobody cares how you FEEL about thing.
Nobody cares what you deem constructive.
This is a law and constitutional issue in the US.
Nobody cares your pet group is attacked, so you FEEL and THINK that we should have a struggle session about it.
There is a purpose for all this. The purpose is to make sure Jews are not a group that enjoys special protections, AIPACs, golems, F35s and so on.
