So you wouldn't be offended at a comparison of Nazi Germany with say, Stalinist Russia? If we're using consequentialism as our measuring bar for moral policy it should follow logically.

Mussolini didn't really have laws that discriminate jews harshly. If there was then 10,000 Jewish people wouldn't have been part of the fascist party. He only implemented discrimination laws due to strategic reasons, as Mussolini wanted a alliance with Germany. Even still, they were anti-religious discrimination laws in line with Soviet influence, not of racial influence that Germany had.

Honestly if I would have it my way, I would label the 3 fields of extreme socialism as such:

Hegel/Marx = International socialism that in theory will evolve into communism

Fascism = National Socialism that focuses on trade unionism via syndicalism

Nazism = Racial Socialism that expands via bloodshed on a continental scale due to intolerance of other ethnicities

Joseph Stalin I would identify as a Marxist, albeit one who necessarily had no idea what he was doing early on. His end goal was primarily snagging power away from Trotsky who probably would've managed the Soviet state a tad better.

Mao is harder to identify, I haven't really read much about him but he is next after reading The Stalin Volumes by Stephen Kotkin. I would say Marxism with a tinge of Nazism, due to the alliance they had with the Soviet State and they would have undoubtedly genocided the Japanese due to their WW2 atrocities
