A) They are on the same relative level of mental capacity
B) Ralph and Cog both went after each other for a long time, it was a genuine feud among peers, not Alog vs Cow.
C) Cog went there for the sole purpose of beating Ralph up. Ralph knew this and acknowledged it beforehand. Cog went to find Ralph but when they were in the same radius Ralph went at it too. Ralph could have waddled away but "he don't scare"
D) Portugal 2 was not at or adjacent to Ralphs house. It was in neutral territory.
F) Ralphs response to getting beat up (after engaging very willingly, a choice made by a retarded but sound mind) was to sit there with his middle fingers up, not cry like a wounded dog.
