I'm more of a rocker anyway, but even I'll admit I'm a huge fan of the Beastie Boys and some of the 90's Memphis rappers like the original Three Six Mafia or Tommy Wright III were pretty awesome.

It's almost certainly a net negative but, I can't infringe on anyone's 1st amendment.

I get annoyed when it's flat out an instructional audio of how to commit a crime, like cooking up crack cocaine or home invasion robbery. People who listen to rap objectively have a lower IQ than others.
