No. Ralph’s poor white trash. He’s got nothing so it’s pointless to go after him unless they really want Ronnie’s shitpile in West Memphis. If Ralph had a nice house, art collection, valuable property, successful business, etc.. they would go after him. Ralph not having a pot to piss is like kryptonite to lawyers in civil court matters as you know.
We will see Ralph’s name as a defendant on the filings as they go after his insurance company for a bigger settlement offer, but Ralph won’t be effected by it. It’s the insurance companies lawyers’ problem. But the filings might give us some interesting details about the accident and if the insurance company plays hardball we might even see Ralph deposed.
