One of them is @Elric of Melnibone (banned), the other I have no idea.

According to Vickers Ralph thought he did not need to show up to the hearing (via Zoom) since he was asking for continuance (because he does not have a lawyer/his lawyer refused to take the case as written by Ralph in the doc he submitted), because of this he now has a separate hearing for contempt of court for not showing up. Vickers said that he had been claiming on his show he didn't have to show, but as soon as it happened he changed his story to "I never got the zoom link from the court".
He'll have to provide proof of why he didn't show.
I doubt any of this results in any actual serious consequences for Ralph, but it seems that Vickers is determined to make his life as difficult as possible.


Vickers said on his stream that Ralph's using May's dad as his new mailing address, he didn't show the document itself because he didn't want to "dox" Harry but said the documents are public in case anyone wants to corroborate.

He also said something about Ralph being served via email? Not sure since I wasn't paying too much attention to the stream.

Kinda pathetic that he has to use his father in-law girlfriend's dad to get served on his behalf, I guess his remaining family isn't willing to deal with this kind of shit for him.

He also talked about trying to get him on using pantsu's account to talk shit about Vickers and how that was more difficult to prove but said Ralph had somehow claimed that no one knows who is behind the pantsu account while at the same time identifying it as his "fiancé's account", Ralph's IQ on full display.

I hope this leads to some entertaining shit, doubt it though since Ralph has been hiding like a coward for the last six months or so, either way, the next hearing is on the 16th (for both contempt charges), so let's see how it goes, will Vickers manage to fuck it up? Will Ralph? Probably both TBH.

He got unbanned but doesn't trust anyone on the forum anymore. IMO his initial ban was a mistake, should have been a heavy warning instead. I suppose we revised that with the pink triangle anyway, he would have gotten that instead.

Ralph's current California attorney also acts as a public defender and thus has to regularly deal with the lowest of the low in garbage people. The fact they are unwilling to take any new cases from him makes me believe they either don't think they will get paid or that what he is asking them to involve themselves in is such time wasting garbage that is either unwinnable or has the stink of something that would make them look bad that its not worth the money.

It's also possible that the attorneys that he has solicited have started Googling "Ethan Ralph" and have decided they are not big fans of the Killstream.

Yeah, not sure how often lawyers drop clients though because it's still $$$$.

My assumption is he drove the attorney to drop him because of his constant insanity OR they weren't getting paid on time.

His engagement is still pretty low that isn't Kanye/Fuentes coverage. That said, Ralph always lives in the here and now and never thinks about anything long term (his decisions, his future, his children or anything else for that matter). But muh dopamine hits.

If you're the sort of lawyer who will regularly defend rednecks like Ralph, then losing the case must be a common occurrence. I can't imagine she would take a case based or not based on her chances of winning it - it's money at the end of the day.

I would imagine she is just too busy with someone else, or maybe all Ralph's other cases take up so much of her time another would harm her work life balance.

On the one hand I feel like people underestimate the amount of shit this kind of lawyer puts up with and Ralph is gonna be fairly unremarkable on the scale of degeneracy she regularly encounters...except for on the other hand all of the Internet vendetta shit. That has to be a headache, not just that she probably gets random alogs, weens, and assorted Ralph enemies unrelated to the case constantly bothering her, which has gotta be bad enough, but judges and lawyers hate dealing with the social media exchanges, the screenshots, etc.

My theory is that Ethan "Flat Fee" Ralph wasn't worth the money because he keeps acting retarded and drawing out the hours that could be billed to clients that are willing to pay money.

Most trailer park trash repeat petty criminals, it's not that much work representing them. Police reports are usually short and easy to read. Dumbass wigger got caught with a meth pipe, again. 5 minute discussion with the prosecuting attorney, 10 minutes to an hour with the client total, sign the papers, see ya next time.

Ralph wants a lawyer who is cheap and doesn't mind trawling through hours and hours of Killstream and Kino Casino and who the fuck knows what, and going through hundreds or thousands of emails and text messages. All to satisfy an idiot pig with delusions of grandeur who wants some idiotic argument constructed for him that will epically own the other side. It is not worth it. Unemployed junkies are easier clients than the Ralphamale.
