Maybe if he's trying to sell that he's being threatened and is worried about his family, he shouldn't be continually taunting and gloating like an anime villain. I mean it's not fucking hard to come across as the better person than Rage Pig, so do it.

Matt Vickers eternal crusade of "Oh don't worry he's DEFINTELY going to jail this time" is the most tiresome charade I've ever seen. Every post is reminiscent of qtards posting pictures of trump with popcorn, saying "Trust the plan".

that tweet is from august 12th, 2022, the day before he was to appear.

it was a 24-hour stream that began at noon, so he was either still drunk, passed out, or too hungover to bother.

The wording is weird, I believe they are still allowing Zoom calls. The personally part being more about him not being able to just send his lawyer as proxy without him.

the drunken swine may have gotten a continuance with his "i would like more time to try to secure counsel" plea. according to altisticright's post a couple pages back, he is due to appear again on december 16th, 2022. if he doesn't manage to get his fat ass there, that's contempt of court for disregarding the order to appear (for december 16th and for december 2nd), on another contempt of court regarding the original order to appear (via zoom on august 13th).

the weird thing is that the august 13th order isn't listed on the "events" document, even though the court issued an order demanding his appearance, in person, on december 2nd to show just cause for not appearing on august 13th.

It doesn't read to me like they're allowing him to do that, though. They certainly won't this time after he just completely blew it off. Zoom calls are one of those luxuries they allow well behaved litigants. The judge doesn't give a shit, he's already there.

If they were allowing him to show up via Zoom and he was just too drunk to bother after drinking all day the previous day, I doubt he's getting much more slack. You can get old man Vickers is letting the court know the real reason he didn't show up.

Oh I'm sure his fat ass will get dragged in for the 16th. What's hilarious is after this happened he went on stream and went on a rant about how "contempt of court doesn't mean shit and he doesn't give a fuck" or something to that extent. So I'm sure that will get handed to the judge at some point.
