I believe @MWV has said that Ralph is allowed to say the truth about a lot of things. For instance he can say "XANDER IS MAH SON!". The problem isn't so much that Ralph can't talk about certain things and he's not allowed to lie. I do wonder if he could talk about his and Ade's relationship is he did not use her name but otherwise told the truth?
It would likely depend on the details. Ralph is certainly allowed to relay any facts about anyone he likes and it is totally legal. The problem is more that this is Ralph we are talking about and he is mentally unable to do that without editorializing.
