I think the corn-theme attire was just an additional photo prevention measure. Sure it enraged Ralph, but it would also be a great deterrent for him taking or posting photos. Ralph wouldn't post a photo of his son if his shirt is making a joke at his expense. Blurring out the shirt would just reinforce how assblasted Ralph is over corn jokes.

Ralph doesn't even like to hold Rozy or be around her. They need an adult family member present for the visit because Ralph doesn't know how to even handle the most basic aspects of caring for a baby, like changing his diaper, feeding, or calming him.

Gunt said yesterday that he thinks having to spend two hours solo with Rozy is punishment (I'm sure he's never done it anyway). It makes Ralph paying all these legal fees and travel expenses just to go spend two hours with baby extra hilarious. Ralph paying a lot of money, and dealing with endless court cases, just to do something he considers literal punishment. Spite is a hell of a drug.

Yeah the Vickers shouldn't dress the poor little guy up like a corn cob when he gets the unique and rare opportunity to meet his pig dad.

If no branding or logos is a stipulation, then I would suggest for the next visit Xander where a nice suit to meet the fat blowhard. Something like this one maybe:

Faith should dress Xander up nice for his father instead of this pathetic alog corn nonsense. I’m with the judge and it’s is such a huge victory for Ralph and loss for Vickers. Something like khakis, a yellow shirt, and a black jacket would really be nice during a visit!
