Not a detroon, but I became a lot more comfortable with my body when I focused on what it could do, and got stronger and took krav maga classes for a few years. The weightlifting thread is a nice resource, and no matter what baseline you start from, even if you're a clumsy sperg like me or a landwhale you can start slowly and see progress. You'll feel better and proud of what you can do and surprise yourself at how much you improve. Try a few different classes or gyms to see what sports interest you - most places will be welcoming to newbies and help you get results because they want your money and they want to keep you there, and everyone was new once, so don't be intimidated. Work with your doctors or get a physiotherapist if your transition has fucked your bones and tendons up and go slowly.
