No, thats not a Phineas and Ferb OC thing, its a character from a shit cartoon called "Sidekicks".

Also, those eyes annoy me to death.
 
So while popping on DA for the day I caught this gem on the front page of newest deviations

I find it interesting they put that DA watermark on a good chunk of, if not all, their artwork, as if somebody might actually steal it. Their entire gallery consists of poor MS Paint drawings, horribly altered bases, and bad photoshop work.
