Weird fact: that's apparently not the regular versions of those looney toons. These characters are from a weird spin off called Loonatics Unleased where the looney toons were all super heroes in a dark and gritty future and the road runner's power was going super fast and the coyote's power was being the smartest in the universe and that's all I remember from watching like 5 episodes as a kid.
It was about as good as it sounds which is to say, probabaly pretty shit
