Nobody is denying that he went out of his way to put himself in that situation.

Except for the all-important context that Kyle was not just there on a whim and in fact had both family and regular employment in Kenosha. The most you could say he did to put himself in that situation was accepting the offer to guard the gas station; even then, that makes perfect sense for a teenager seeking a bit of extra income and naively not expecting things to go south.

I do like where he says that Kyle basically brought gasoline to a match party and people are dead as a result.
Nobody was in the right during that night.
But he was literally putting out fires tho kekw
I love how Kyle is getting shit for not being a pussy like nigh everyone else in that town, including the pawlice
Also, LegalEagle is a fag, and so are you

I hate everything about this Reddit appealing slime. Thankfully the Rittenhouse trial pushed Rekieta's subscriber count up to levels where he could potentially pass this shit head.
Rekeita is exciting, because I have no idea what form of lolcow he will become.

Don't say he won't. He's a youtuber.

LegalEagle has a thread, by the way.

I don't. From a legal standpoint it's completely irrelevant. Nobody is denying that he went out of his way to put himself in that situation, but once he was in that situation he had the right to defend himself. It's not against the law to put yourself in danger, and trying to argue that self-defence doesn't apply if it was the defendant's fault he was in danger is a terrible precedent to set. The reality was that he was in danger when he fired the shots, how he ended up in that danger ultimately doesn't matter.

Also, I notice this "he shouldn't have been there" argument isn't also applied to the rioters who were burning the fucking city down. Because those people were totally where they should be, right?
There was a case a little while ago when a Floridaman picked a fight with someone over a handicapped parking space then he shot him. Guy was found guilty of manslaughter. 20 years. Take that Stand Your Ground laws. The popular reddit legal argument was that he put himself into the situation, then aggravated it, then shot when someone used violence against him. That doing so made it not self-defense.

Their smooth brains don't understand the difference between that and Kyle. They only saw the "was there with gun" part not "Around 3:30 pm, video surveillance shows McGlockton walked out of the store and walked up to Drejka and shoved him to the ground and kept walking towards him.[17] Three seconds later, Drejka pulled out a .40-caliber Glock, which he steadied with both hands. McGlockton immediately backed up when confronted with the firearm. As McGlockton backed up to his vehicle he began to turn towards the front of the store and away from Drejka. Drejka then fired a single shot striking McGlockton in the chest."

For a self-defense argument there must be a credible imminent threat. When McGlockton noped out he ceased to be a threat, Drejka had no SD right in shooting him. Every bullet Kyle shot was aimed at someone who was attacking him at that exact moment.

People say Rittenhouse went to Kenosha looking for trouble. I don' t buy it. From the video, it's clear he actively tried to avoid using the rifle until he was forced to. He even said he whirled around during the chase and pointed the weapon at Rosenbaum, thinking that would make him back off. He didn't-the crazy asshole kept coming. Then you have drop kick man, whom Kyle did fire twice at (and missed) right before that skateboarder faggot attempted to brain him. A skateboard is built to support someone's body weight-it's no joke. Not to mention the wheel trucks, which could really fuck you up if you got smacked in the fucking face or head with them. The only people looking for trouble that night were the three dipshits who made Kyle for an easy mark and probably thought he didn't have the fortitude to actually use the rifle. You know what Rosenbaum's final words were? "Fuck you!"

Wrong, shithead. Fuck you.

How? The video had just came out today.
Pretty sure he meant LegalEagle was late to the Rittenhouse party. I'm inclined to agree, dude probably wanted to wait until everything had settled so he wouldn't make a fool of himself saying how illegal it was that Kyle did things that were legal.

LegalEagle is the lawyer equivalent to that British "gun expert" IGN hires to talk about videogame guns that knows all about the wikipedia entry on the gun, a little about the way it shoots on a well groomed range where someone loads it for him and nothing of actually using it

That actually sounded like a perfectly reasonable thing to do.

But this is Kiwifarms, so reason does not exist.

Imagine if I said this about some slut wearing slutty whoreish clothes at a biker bar or something.

What a stupid faggot.

It was silly to think there wasn't going to be a retaliation. Killing two antifa and shooting at two other, then going around with proud boys with a "free as fuck" shirt? Gloating about it? And then he walks? Brother..

Kyle is partly responsible for any retaliation that will also come, and for the future deaths that will happen when Antifa and the Right both bring rifles.

LegalEagle just released his vid on Rittenhouse. I watched it, and it is pretty bad. I hope someone like Rekeita tears him a new one on this.

Funny you mention Rekieta cause he has a video coming up on this in 5 hours.

Hey hey. Johnathan Fergusson is extremely knowledgeable. He's just a technology and development expert because that's his job as a museum curator.

He also wrote "THORNEYCROFT TO SA80: BRITISH BULLPUP FIREARMS, 1901–2020" published by Headstamp Publishing. Ian's book company.

He's well vetted.
