I'm guessing it was just due to the video being a preview cut up of 2 streams, but basically the gist of it was that this guy Speed decided to post softcore pornography on Instagram despite being indicating he was underage on twitter, Dillin then confronted him about this since it'd be legally child porn along with doing some further digging. Speed and a trusted source of Dillin then lied to him saying that Speed was actually 15, while Dillin found evidence that Speed was actually 13 in a video made 7 years ago meaning that he was 20 now, believing that his real age was in fact 20 due to the way Speed happens to look. Speed then made a response video confirming that his age was actually 17 while trying to frame that the whole thing was a joke despite it not being (according to Dillin, though don't have any reason to believe it was just a prank) and showing that the images weren't actually that bad after allegedly deleting a bunch and posting more since Dillin's first video. Speed's girlfriend being underage as well was a speculation by Dillin which turned out to be false but Speed is still underage and posting what amounts to softcore pornography of himself on Instagram, which is what Dillin was trying to draw attention to
