Sadly you're not missing anything. The video is just one long shitpost. "Jessie is a pedophile" is a strange long-running meme on the Pajama Cast channel and Dillin's, one I think that started in Jessie's Babysitting Cream playthrough by TBF, the same guy that made this video. I have no idea why these guys would joke about something like that if it were in fact true, but I suppose anything is possible on the internet.

I went evidence hunting and asked True Blue Fuse about the grooming thing. He COULD still be protecting his friends ass but, I dunno. Apparently Jesse has a spiteful ex that went around calling him a pedophile to get revenge after a rocky breakup. I think if Dillin truly knew Jesse was a groomer, he would have done a video on it. He has a history of targeting anyone with no loyalty. Don't stick your dick in crazy.

Im not into metrics, but it sounds right.
He should embrace being a Drama channel. In one stream he called himself a troll or goblin, why try to straddle the fence? Is his audience ok with His tepid takes?
