Which is part of the reason I feel opening it up as a containment board will only increase the autism quotient; otaku culture is already handled well enough in there. VTubers would be the only thing to spread with any degree of potency. Have you seen the VTuber thread? Last I saw it was a buncha guys posting their waifus farting.

IMO, no. I see Monica, Jamie, and the cuck being on the anti-anti side of the culture war by pushing the progressive #MeToo agenda and corporate safe talking points of inclusivity, and that is the kind of thing culture warriors rail about. this applies more so if the forum is restricted to pop culture/nerd/entertainment and excludes pol sperging about mass media just being propaganda for their ideological enemies.

I don't think tying any subforun to Nick Rekeita is a good idea. He was once a KF darling, but outside of that he has nowhere near the sheer content of the Ralphamale or capturing a huge part of the faggot zeitgeist like Fuentes. Even for those two I think the subforun has made the larger picture harder to follow and drawn in more unironic A-logs.

I have had lots of fun on this board. I think it should be archived as is as a relic of it's time and a new board opened that focuses on individuals that comment on the political messaging within mass media as though it's the most important thing.

Grifting applies to every other lolcow and the term Culture War is also too broad. While I struggle with the name Josh hit the nail on its head that a board about that kind of person could be fun.

I also 100% support a "The Sektur & Associates" board. That's where Rekeita belongs. As does Metokur. As do lots of people.

I feel like Community Watch could effectively be the culture wars board, but there are plenty of threads that would do just fine in Internet Famous or Internet Tough Guys.

Weeb Wars has definitely lost its steam though. Whether the answer is to move everything and close this one, or to re-name it and try to create a new niche, is kinda six of one or half a dozen of the other as far as I'm concerned.

ArmzGunt and Soye/Rial deserve their own threads. Almost anyone else with a thread could just be handled in the main Weeb Wars thread, which probably belongs in Community Watch. It's probably a specific enough topic for CW to be separate from general weebshit.

Call it the court room and make it a rekieta and rekieta adjacent board. You can fit comicsgate people, the residual weeb stuff AnOminous mentioned, all these spergy lawyers, and depending on what your thinking is Vito and Dick (since Vito’s story will end in a court room.)

Subtitled “Court is now in session.” Gives a place to discuss the cows in the legal stuff rather than the actual law stuff you find in the taking it off the darn internet subforum.

I like this idea more than trying to make a weeb / culture war subsection. Alot of people that would be in that type a sub section fit better in other places.
Best play in my opinion would be to make it a raket/lawlsuit subsection of some kind. There are enough people threating each other with legal action it would be a good place to store dedicated threads for court proceedings without shitting up the main discussion threads
