Disney aren't going to redo the sequels or any of that bullshit, they just won't revisit them with shit like the Rey spin-off. To redo the sequels would be such a shit show, it would piss off everyone who worked on them, and what would be marketing for them? "This time we won't fuck them up"?. Makes no sense to even try.

If they want a whole new trilogy, the smart move would be to do one set far in the past or far in the future, with no returning cast. Desperate move would be to make movies set between OG and sequels with cgi deaged Luke, but no numbering.
