Disney being sued by Local 272 Labor Management Pension Fund in California. This looks primarily to hit Chapek, the current Disney CFO and some other nigger, but also the Disney Company. Now normally, I would say that this would just be a settlement to shut up whatever union execs want their kickback, however, there is a class action lawsuit waiting in the wings for general shareholders, and if this settles, expect those mother fuckers to get the knives out (lawyers will go to town for a class action suit because the payoff is so huge). It's shitty that Iger isn't personally listed in the union lawsuit, but he's doing the same shit, so the class action suit may extend its time-frame and name him a defendant if the union suit settles, since he's doing the exact same shit.
