With the way her fist is, her arm should look like a squeezed towel to hold it at that angle. The palm should be facing up, not the knuckles. Someone just royally messed up on the base sketch and no one corrected it.It's just twisted. A weird way to hold the case, but whatever.
Wait, how in TF did you guys miss this from the article?View attachment 6005988

John Musker recently did an interview where he shares his thoughts about Disney currently.
He did, however, criticize the recent remake of his earlier film The Little Mermaid, saying, “They didn’t play up the father-daughter story, and that was the heart of the movie, in a way. And the crab — you could look at live animals in a zoo and they have more expression, like with The Lion King. That’s one of the basic things about Disney, is the appeal. That’s what animation does best.”
Not surprising, the degree to which Lorcana is Magic The Gathering means that Wizards are going to look positively restrained compared to Disney when it comes to "no touch our merchandise!"
Unironically, yes, apparently.Holy shit, all their hopes and dreams rest on Inside Out 2's shoulders, doesn't it?![]()
In June 2023, Pixar’s Elemental, a film in which characters embodying fire and water fall in love, opened in cinemas to the worst box-office numbers in the company’s history. “We were all kind of gut-punched, and it was tough on morale,” says Jim Morris, Pixar’s president. “I thought it was a good film with a Pixar feel, so when it didn’t work, that was like, ‘Whoa.’ I was thinking, ‘Do people just not want to see the kind of film we make anymore? Is that done?’ ”
Morris’ strategy to turn things around involves balancing original movie ideas with sequels and spinoffs, the better to remind audiences what they once loved about Pixar. Every hit of yesteryear is being considered for a reboot, with Finding Nemo and The Incredibles regarded as particularly strong candidates for new titles. Morris aims to make three movies every two years—historically it’s been closer to one a year—with every other title a sequel or spinoff and the rest standalone concepts or potential seeds for new franchises.
If you have ANY love for the show, I highly recommend you DO NOT READ THIS!A pitch bible for a “Recess” sequel/reboot leaked online.

At first glance, I was kinda into the idea…until I read what they did with the original group.

TLDR: TJ became a rich privileged shut in, Spinelli is a bisexual lawyer married to Vince, Vince is super talented and running for mayor, Gretchen is a hot model, Mikey DIED, and Gus became a woman.
This is a tumblr fanfic
To late and now i'm extremely fucking angry/sad.If you have ANY love for the show, I highly recommend you DO NOT READ THIS!
There's some poetry in Apple buying Pixar back.I can see Apple or even Netflix acquiring Pixar in a few years, it's just dead weight at this point.
I could also see them just shutting it down or merging it with Walt Disney Animation Studios. Both studios pump out the same garbage anyways so there's really no reason to keep them separate.I can see Apple or even Netflix acquiring Pixar in a few years, it's just dead weight at this point.
Me too! But good news! It will propably never be made in that form! Disney is running out of money and animation is expensive. Why make something when you know you will neither make money nor will anyone new will see the message? To late and now i'm extremely fucking angry/sad.
She looks uglier. I presume because of "current year" or just good old incompetense from pushing away anyone with talent?Look how bad this looks:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=qkgkUCqEum4 You can tell it was supposed to be a TV series they smashed into a film.
Compare the animation quality to the original trailer:

While possible, the more likely answer is that it's just a different model/setup. This was original going to be a show, so they wouldn't be using the same setup as they would for a film. The models would be easier to animate to make things faster and cheaper, so now it looks like this. She looks uglier. Unless i missed something they already have. Lasseter works for some apple tv company and making animated movies? There's some poetry in Apple buying Pixar back.
Though Apple might prefer to make a new animation studio and poach the few remaining talents from Pixar then deal with trying to clean up Pixar
Isn't this what they did in the late 90s and early 2000s? Except this time Pixar isn't picking up the slack for them. You can tell it was supposed to be a TV series they smashed into a film.
Yep.Unless i missed something they already have. Lasseter works for some apple tv company and making animated movies?
