I seem to have missed they're planning an off road Cars based ride at The Magic Kingdom. The Disney nerds aren't happy as it's going to build it over parts of the Rivers of America.

tbh I'm not even able to be mad anymore, it's like whatever bullshit with Marvel and all in Epcot
it hasn't been EPCOT Center in over thirty years, who cares what else happens to the corpse

Ellen's Energy Adventure was the harbinger of doom for Epcot.
it was hilarious how dated that ended up compared to the "dated" thing it replaced
my favorite "well, that didn't hold up well" was
"I'm Bill Nye The Science Guy"
"I'm Ellen the... uh... just Ellen"
hits MUCH differently after she came out later, and became one of the biggest laugh lines in any theme park ride in town

I can never unsee it now.

It’s just a shame that Snow Farquaad won’t get eaten by a dragon at the end of the movie.

I just don't get how they had her put on this awful wig (I'm assuming it's a wig, though she might've gotten her hair cut for the film), like Snow White's hair is a bob, and here she is walking around like Emo Phillips. I would prefer the Betty Boop look if you ask me.

The full lawsuit PDF is attached. I don't even give a shit if Woodall's claims are true or not, anything that makes Disney waste even more of their money is a W.

A jury on Monday quickly rejected a man’s claim that Disney’s “Moana” was stolen from his story of a young surfer in Hawaii. The Los Angeles federal jury deliberated for only about 2 ½ hours before deciding that the creators of “Moana” never had access to writer and animator Buck Woodall’s outlines and script for “Bucky the Surfer Boy.”
*sigh*

I mean, I'm sure someone tried to call out their blatant stealing and niggering of Kimba the WHITE Lion and turning it into the same ol' predictable wakanda-wank, but with the Ju-dicial system, the goyim lose.

I know the thread is long, but we already talked about this.

Anyone who believes in the "Disney ripped off Kimba" narrative at this point has to be willfully ignorant

As for the Snow White live action, it looks like utter shit. Disney is not even going to give review screenings. Between the ugly designs of the Dwarves, terrible use of CGI, and horrendous Gal Gadot acting, this movie is a definite flop. Oh yeah and Rachel Zegler said stuff too.

The initial filming was done in early 2022. With that many controversies with Zegler talking shit, the dwarves, the CGI and so on, I really don't understand why Disney decided to keep delaying/investing more money. The re-investment in reshoots and others alone is going to guarantee this doesn't make its money back.

Here in 'Murica too:

Disney is hosting a Hollywood premiere of “Snow White” on March 15, but the studio won’t be rolling out a robust red carpet like it usually does. The afternoon festivities will include a pre-party and screening at the El Capitan Theatre with titular star Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot, who plays the Evil Queen, expected to attend. However, the red carpet will not include the dozens of media outlets usually invited by Disney to interview the cast and creatives at its premieres. Instead, coverage will be limited to photographers and a house crew.
