There's a major difference in animation quality too between the Little Mermaid and The Rescuers Down Under and especially Beauty and the Beast. The CAPS system was a massive leap forward and really revealed the flaws in the xerox method, even for top quality animation. Not to mention it opened the door for complex scenes like the ballroom dance in Beauty and the Beast and the wildebeast stampede in the Lion King, and intricate designs like Aladdin's magic carpet.

This. Thank you. Having grown up with the Classic Disney princess films, I found Hercules to be a breath of fresh air with great music.
Finding Nemo sparked a passion for marine biology when I was a young child. Didn’t really dig the Dory movie, though.

Hercules is kind of a mixed bag for me. I like the animation and I LOVE Hades and Megara. Everything else is kind meh. But while it's not my favorite, there's parts of it that I really like so that's something.
Surprised no one has mentioned Fox and the Hound. That one was one of my faves growing up and still tugs at the heartstrings a little.

I had the Aladdin sound track on cassette as a kid, and this was the version of the opening theme that was on it.
I listened to it so much that to this day, these are still the "real" lyrics to me.
I know Disney would never use this version in the upcoming remake (It's definitely "too problematic" in 2018. Hell, it was too problematic in 1992) but if they did I would totally be willing to forgive them for everything else bad that they've done.

I wouldn't bet on that.
Aladdin got a lot of heat in 1992 from Arab anti-defamation groups. Disney promised to consult them for the sequels. They did not.

I don't know what "Fucka" is, but if it means Rule 34 bestality images then yes there sadly exists fucka images of Jenny Foxworth both with Oliver and Company. I sadly discovered this when as a kid I was looking for pictures of her in a bikini.

Finally got a chance to see Incredibles 2 on dvd after skipping it when it was in theaters. Like most Pixar sequels, it was unnecessary. I don't think the film did anything that hadn't been done in the first film or repeated ad naseum over the last ten years of Marvel movies. I also hated the character designs. I know they were going for that 50s animation aesthetic with the characters, but that only really worked in the film when the characters were in profile. From other angles the characters looked... basic.
Not to be a bitch, but there were hints that Hans was playing Anna from almost the beginning. Its been awhile since I've seen the film, but I remember this standing out to me in the theater:
In a song about how compatible and in-sync they are, Anna's bungling of the line subtly hints at the fact that something isn't quite right. Of course Hans rolls with it and you can dismiss it as Anna being quirky, but its there.

I mean you could be right, but it seemed more to me that they were both quirky together and that was kind of the point. Like either Hans did some serious research on a presumably recluse princess (as seen at the end of 'Do you want to Build a Showman') or it's a poor carryover from when Elsa was still the villain and they didn't have enough time to change as much of the film as they should have. Still, I have only seen the film twice, so there could be massive hints I'm overlooking.
While I do agree with you for the most part on Pixar Sequels being unneeded, Toy Story 2 felt like a proper follow up that feels that way because of what it does with the story, in how it swaps positions of Buzz and Woody in a way that seems natural. When Woody goes missing, Buzz becomes the leader, something that seems a natural fit because of how popular he is among the toys, as well as his general attitude, but compared to Woody he's not good at keeping everyone calm and together. They look up to him, but he's not sure he can live up to that. Woody on the other hand is worried about no longer being loved, and ultimately needs to be reminded he's a child's plaything. TS3 doesn't work however because it treads the same ground as two, feels be damned

I'm actually not really a fan of the sketch-era of Disney animation as it looked really unpolished and all over the place compared to the smooth colors and linework of the 80's and 90's. I dunno. It just made rival Don Bluth's animation look a bit more professional because there were less lines all over the place and a bouncier, more expressive look to the facial exressions.

Personally, I'm actually a really big fan of the sketchier style of the films between Sleeping Beauty and Little Mermaid, because as stupid as it sounds, it makes the films feel a bit more real to me. I can see why you'd see it as less smooth and less professional, but to me it feels like your seeing it exactly as the animator did or something. If nothing else, it really adds to Many Adventures as it makes it feel more like a story book, and to The Rescuers by giving it a little bit of an edge. That said, I do also like the line work of the earlier and later films, and it could just be my attachment to these films that gets me to overlook negative aspects of the art style

I see Disney authorized this following "redux" of Mickey's famous cartoon. Not bad given the talent involved, though I could tell they didn't animate a few scenes like the cat being swung around by its tail or Mickey plays with the mama pig's teats (this would be noticeable as the audio goes out of sync heard here).
