Make Mine Music if that ever gets on there.
I'm actually surprised that it's not since every other package film from the 40's is. Especially since The Martin's and The Coy's segment has been fully removed for a long time. Actually it's the one mainline movie that's not included at this time. Even The Black Cauldron got in, and they've spent decades pretending that one doesn't exist, moreso than Song of the South.

I'm pretty sure Black Cauldron got an official USA release or two for home media. But yeah the snack bar based of the talking furry thing was I think one of the only things they did with the IP in the Disney World parks at least.

Surprised someone remembered Gurgi.

I asked someone else if Never Cry Wolf was up there and was told it wasn't either. That's a good litmus test for anyone who's seen that film!

I'm enjoying my time with Disney+ so far if only because it gives me easy access to most of the official Star Wars stuff and pretty much all the old Disney/Pixar animated movies. Don't really care too much about mediocre children's cartoons being censored or The Simpsons getting cropped to shit. The fact that some of the content has expiration dates on it is fucking asinine, though.
Wait what?

There was an episode of Gargoyles where one of the titular good gargoyles accidentally shoots one of their cop friends by accident while playing with a gun. My guess is that it'd be that one, even though the point was that playing with guns is dangerous.

I have no idea about Bonkers though. Even though I'm in the right age group I have no memory of ever watching Bonkers to be honest.

What episodes of Gargoyles and Bonkers got banned?

The two Bonkers episodes that were banned involved bomb threats and were removed from syndication after the Oklahoma City bombing. They, and the Gargoyles episode, are on Disney+.

There's also a Darkwing Duck episode that was banned. I'm not sure if it's on there.

Reminded of an episode of TaleSpin that was banned for having a bomb plot as well back then.

EDIT: I think another episode of TakeSpin got banned for depicting an Oriental country habited by pandas for God knows why.

There was a Chip n Dale episode with Siamese Cats that were racist caricatures. Don't think it got banned, though, just was notorious.

Isn't the banned Darkwing Duck episode the one where the Devil appeared? I remember watching it on YouTube like 10 years ago.

I heard they censored Gravity Falls. I'm glad I got into the show and I bought the DVD set a month ago.

Something about Stan’s fez but I’ve heard from other sources that the fez is untouched in other episodes? I dont have Disney+ so I cant confirm for myself.
Edit: Also what’s with all the bomb plots in 90’s cartoons?

It was censored for the first 13 episodes. From episode 14 onwards, Stan's fez symbol is uncensored.

Apparently those censored episodes were released on Amazon Prime, and Disney+ just grabbed these copies for its platform. Hopefully it'll be rectified in the near future.

Still, it begs the question... why was the original fez symbol even censored in the first place? Why did foreign countries consider it potentially objectionable or something?

If it's the episode I think it is, banning that episode would ruin the continuity of the other four episodes it's tied into that tell the origin story of how Chip and Dale met their friends and started the Rescue Rangers. And I don't think it's a plot line that they really want to alter, let alone straight up get rid of.

You're correct, it is part of "To the Rescue."
