I don't know what else I can say about Doomguy999 and 40iq that hasn't been said already. I haven't posted anything there for 3 months and don't plan to ever again. Time of Doom is where I'll be as long as I'm part of the Doom community.

If you have an account on DB, check Dumbworld and witness a shitshow like no other. Only 40iq tolerates this much retardation, any other forum will ban that useless cunt before he does 5% of what he's allowed on DB.

I'm very wary of the ViolentBeetle crew. I tried Solar Struggle, and it was incredibly uneven. While I like the premises of Skulltiverse and Hellavator, I can't help but feel paranoid I'll be taken on an amateur map showcase again.

Thats fine if people don't like brutal doom or project brutality because it's complete overkill and ruins vanilla doom. But to consider the game far right nazi propaganda because doom guy flips off the demons and makes a edgy one liner. apparently that's considered toxic masculinity.

Haven't seen anyone bring this up yet, but about 2 months ago /ourguy/ TimeOfDeath had to stop posting videos because his rheumatoid arthritis got really bad.
Unfortunately, I can't make any more music, doom2 levels, or youtube videos due to unmanageable rheumatoid arthritis. But, I'm proud of what I accomplished.

He hasn't been able to record his /idgames playthrough for a very long time, but at least he gave us funny sketches and DoomWorld commentary vids in the meantime. I still like to put on his /idgames videos while playing through those old wads myself.

God, I don't know why people still tolerate 40iq and his excuses. I won't be surprised if he has a meltdown for the nth time after being ripped another asshole from this.
 
It's not even worth it at this point Zach. He has repeatedly showed no improvements to his behavior nor Doomer Boards, so the best thing to do is to just focus on Doom stuff on ToD.

Treat DB as Doomworld 2.0. Let it rot from the inside and only post finished projects there for playtesting and feedback if anybody so desires and are not banned.
 
40oz is fusing Doom and politics far too much - I presume that he's so slow to accept the suggestions (no matter how they are worded) because to him it means he should change his entire worldview, and not his moderation\administration habits on a hobby gaming forum.

Agreed, 100%, which is why i've been active on ToD for months, while my last post on DB is from early December. I told 40iq i'm done with his parody of a forum, and i mean it. If ToD fails one day and becomes a ghost town, i'm still not going to return on DB. Two years of dealing with the cuck is enough for me.
