Recently I discovered that a half of the maps in No Rest for the Living were made by a tranny named Arya Iwakura (Squibbons, formerly Charon and Deathbug).

Credit where it's due, NRFTL is great and judging by the wiki page, he hasn't made anything else in the community. No slaughterslop, no purple-colored wads that resonates with mental illness, no gimmicky nonsense... NRFTL is just pure traditional doom with a bit of ramped up difficulty but nothing a UV player can't beat.

But I bet that if he joined the community nowadays, he would immediately make stuff I mentioned above.

Nothing bad to say about No Rest for the Living. I bet he made these maps before he chopped off his dick.
 
Way to ruin a near perfect forum like Time of Doom by allowing Doomguy999 in, after all of his prior retardation on Troonwolrd and Dumber Boards. I say "near perfect forum" because we already have a few brain dead degenerate losers, furries and fags, like Werner Goldberg/Gehena, Voisy Velvet, Gokuma, and whatever Xeep Eep is, who has been low key at the moment, but it's only a matter of time until he reverts to his typical behavior... i'm already seeing the signs. Stodgy Ayatollah as administrator is great for the forum, but he's maybe too nice and welcoming to people who have nothing interesting to contribute, and are mostly there to disrupt the flow. That being said, all other users,outside the aforementioned retards, seem to be good lads, the kind that you want in a Doom forum. Killer5 might be the smartest guy, now that I think about it. Doesn't care about anything, just makes for himself, and the more I think about it, the more it makes sense for me to do the same.

For what it's worth, I've enjoyed the group's reaction to the shit stirrers showing up. Gatekeeping is what is needed with smaller forums like ToD and I think Stodgy has been doing a pretty excellent job.
 
Xeep is a weirdo but I do find his avatar funny as hell. Doomguy999 should be banned permanently, no questions asked.

I don't have an account there but I do find the forum fun to read. However, Gehena's posts are very odd. It's like he tries to be coherent but his schizophrenia takes over soon after and he throws some salad word in it and makes his posts a random ramble about weird shit. lol
 
Yeah, exactly. He also like to debate with himself with these painfully unreadable word salad posts, and has multiple alt accounts, last one being almightysperglord... aka piccochu on Doomer Boards (a now deleted account). He's waste of space.
 
To be clear, scythe isn't my alt, noisy doesn't even have an account there afaik, gokuma has actually posted a top secret map (though not on doomworld), and your last attempt at a-logging me didn't go unnoticed. I've been there since the beginning and treated it as the shitposting den ToD made the forum as, more or less. Killer5 was also there since the beginning and never gave me shit (since he's an actual cool guy i guess), Stodgy is probably of a similar mind from what i can tell (thank fuck you weren't there to take admin duties at the time i guess), ToD outright told you to fuck off when you were asking him to ban Xeep. I don't really care what anyone thinks of my ad-libs, but these gayops based on "i made some heckin good maps once" seem like peak loser shit to me. If the "wastes of space" were all gone you'd probably be a-logging fuckin Joe Ilya at this point. That being said, nothing against you

Also, who the fuck gives a shit what ToD's original intention for the forum was, when the site was sitting with 20 users for over a year, 15 of which inactive, including ToD himself (understandably so), and you'd be lucky if you see a new post being made once or twice a week, 50% of time being the usual Xeep retardation. What does it matter if you were there since the beginning? I was there since the beginning too, and saw the forum was going nowhere, because it had no direction. It wasn't even a Doom forum, it was nothing. I didn't want to be admin, because i'm not the right person for the job, but not for the reasons you think. I just don't know anything about running forums, and i mostly likely would have failed with the maintenance, so i never even entertained the idea of taking the helm.

This is where you're wrong. If i had problems with Joe, i would've mentioned him. My opinion on him has changed a lot since his DB comeback in 2024. Even if i've talk shit about him a long time ago, i think he's someone who is helping the forum a lot more than you ever will. And not just because he maps, in fact, that has nothing to do with it. On the other hand, you and other imbeciles i mentioned above, all belong on 4chan and Reddit, where you can vomit your dumpsterfire word salads all day long.
 
So where again is this "top secret map" that gokuma and this other person is claiming to have been released in Troonworld? Will it kill these people to even share screenshots and game play footage if it really existed in the first place?

If you really think i'm scythe then i understand why you're treating me like the plague. But nah, i dunno why some totally normal person (that tells people to "be normal," posts on the farms, somehow expects results), would look at our respective posting styles and think we're one and the same, other than maybe a generic "lol skitzo" (really restricting the field there...). The forum is more on topic/active, not necessarily more distinctive or relevant, and even in that case some sort of balancing act would be required. We've probably had a similar "discussion" a while ago in a slightly less cringy fashion, and as a result you must've concluded that i secretely speak portoguese and i'm there to talk to myself and shit up the place. While it's true that i don't usually care much about internet drama/in depth discussion, if anything that makes even more invisible that you imply, so i wouldn't be too worried either way (and my presence/interest is fickle enough already). There are natural mechanisms in place for gatekeeping, you don't need admins or jannies for that, and the real schizos won't always turn out to be those you want to. Tbh there's only so much i'm gonna write to someome who allegedly believes i'm scythe
