A GP that has NO understanding of confidentiality, apparently hates half his patients, who sees fit to diagnose people online, and who has now been involved in interfering with Caroline Farrows US trip really needs a serious intervention.

He certainly does freelance work, so that would be contract renewals. I think he is a recent GP so he is probably still on probation?

One of Farrow’s critics, Dr. Adrian Harrop, is currently hinting on Twitter that he is responsible for having CitizenGO’s director barred from the U.S.

You know, the ending where everyone in the theater cheers because the bastard is finally dead. Sometimes I wish life would give us these kinds of happily ever after movie endings.

I‘d say he’s more of the officious factotum to the actual competent villain, who barely tolerates him.
