Yeah that's a lotta words, not broken up much either. From reading the headline and the first few lines though, she sounds pretty hilarious to me. Maybe she gets worse as it goes on but I'm not reading all that shit until he cleans it up a lot and maybe adds some funny anecdotes in between paragraphs to make it worth reading and laughing at.

Nice write-up. One can quibble with the presentation, but I found it informative. I've seen Karlyn pop up a few times over the last couple of years and had no idea she was mixed up in so much drama.

A couple of points:
  • Putting "Everyone who died in the holocaust chose to die in the holocaust" in the title feels like a cheap shot. It's following the Jew-centric frame that this direct application of her idiosyncratic spiritual views is unacceptable because it touches the sacred Shoah. There's nothing inherently lolcowish about having weird New Agey religious beliefs.
  • Do we know she's in an open marriage? The OP shows her referring to the topic, and making inappropriate comments to and about other men. But maybe she's simply a cheater and/or a crass person.
  • I'm unclear on how she suddenly fell out with Keri Smith. Keri must have said something to set her off?
  • Why does she call herself a Dr and why is it in quotes in the title? She has a lame PhD like Jill Biden?

In her case, I disagree. She's made her weird mix of beliefs an issue and uses it to attack people. When you are announcing that your psychic said that there are no orgies at the Timcast house and you are telling people to watch mediums channel Hitler or Prince Philip to find out about Hitler or Prince Philip, it's hilarious.

I can't really help you there. It's one of the controversial things she has done and is important to why she's a lolcow.

Karlyn's on a tirade lately because people criticized her tactics in the school board meeting. Some have pointed out that woke people often use the argument that if you disagree with the tactics that people use to be activists, you support the thing that they are protesting against. i.e "If you don't support us looting the Target, you must not think Black Lives Matter!"

In the past, Mike Harlow has claimed that Karlyn latches on to people and then uses her connection to them to demand that they defend her no matter what she does. When Harlow was banned by twitter, Karlyn kept messaging Tim Pool obsessively to tell him to have Mike on his show. In Mike's video he says that he had to have words with her to get her to stop messaging Tim Pool because Mike thought it was damaging him instead of helping him. One of Karlyn's orbiters is a woman named Gabrielle Clark. She filed a lawsuit against her son's school because they had a project where they told her mixed race son that he had to identify as either oppressed or oppressor. Gabrielle now claims that her daughter was secretly "transed" by her school and Gabrielle and Karlyn are trying to host a paid training by Clark on how to detransition your kid. Clark has a givesendgo that has made a lot of money from donors, but Karlyn has been messaging that conservatives are going to make Gabrielle lose her lawsuit because they aren't giving enough money.

Lately, Karlyn has been saying that Clark is receiving private messages from people telling her to distance herself from Karlyn. She blamed Keri Smith and Mike Harlow for this and is attacking them on twitter demanding that they take responsibility and make a statement telling people not to message Gabrielle Clark. No evidence has been presented that people are even messaging Clark and people on twitter are starting to suspect, due to her association with Karlyn, that Clark is just a grifter.

She's definitely a cringe cow. Until I read this a few days ago, I forgot she existed, but I swear she was on some episode of Tim Pool on a panel about 2 years ago and that's where I recognize her from. But maybe I was just high because I've tried to look and can't find the specific episode.
 
At this point, why doesn’t she just ignore Keri and Mike? The more she talks about them, the more milk they’ll try to get out of her. Same with the likes of Ian Miles Cheong and Matt Walsh. And Kieran’s an innocent man from what I’m seeing, why doesn’t she ignore him too?

I know. I spent two evenings researching and pulling things into a document and almost a full day trying to write it up. She has so many different fueds and controversies that there is just a metric ton of material to go through.


For tonight's viewing pleasure a profanity laced response to Katie Herzog's story on her. She put Herzog's email address on screen.

Correction, she put Herzog's address onscreen, in her chat and encouraged her viewers to harass Katie via email.

@Greyrock Alright, so here's some of my immediate feedback after finally getting through the thread:

1. You need to give us a proper intro. Coming right out the gate with a bunch of descriptors is not the way to try and get our attention, especially as you go from "Karlyn Rita Morisette Borysenko is a 41 year old wannabe cult thought leader, sexual predator, obsessive stalker and Libertarian candidate for governor of New Hampshire..." and then immediately transition to, "In 2020 she wrote a medium article about how toxic the knitting community was and about attending a Trump rally and it was a viral sensation." I have no clue how this person's remotely relevant or interesting outside of small tidbits of information offered in the beginning. We need you to help us understand how she rose to prominence.
Basically if this were a story, we barely have a beginning to work with as the audience, and are instead expected to immediately learn who this person is on the spot.

2. Either reduce the number of links you have, or simply supplement your links by adding more accompanying screenshots to them.
"Democrats canceled knitting and I went to a Trump rally, so I'm leaving the left."
I'd rather see have the article fully quoted, given a point-by-point summation, or screenshot to save us the trouble from having to click off site constantly.

3. Personal info at the end should be placed in private tags (without the spaces between brackets)

4. While it's good to see an OP with a lot more content to work with vs no content at all, I'd recommend taking some of the advice from other replies. Particularly ones that suggest rewriting certain parts to be more short and brief. You don't need to remove entire sections, but it helps to keep things more condensed so that the OP doesn't feel like it's a laundry list that just drags on and on.

I will rewrite it because the thing is, she just kind of was thrown into prominence after Donald Trump Jr. retweeted her article and she joined Walkaway.

I'll try to get it fixed by tonight.

I've tried to make it better. Meanwhile Dr B is on twitter telling her cult followers to sign Katie Herzog up to get spam emails. The reason everything here is archived is because Karlyn will most definitely pitch a fit if this goes live. It seems likely that she is reading it.
