It’s reality whether you like to believe it or not. One mentally ill person ranting and raving about it doesn’t make the systematic oppression of ethnic minorities not true.

Post-Docs/Professor talk BS in the class room from time to time and unless someone comes out and says “he/she is talking nonsense” or “he/she doing stupid things” the department don’t know what’s going on. The closest thing they know is when a Post-Doc/professor submits a syllabus to the department which outlines basically a week by week breakdown of the topics.

So the department (for example) knows that on week 8 he/she will talk about X subject but that’s the extent of what the department knows. Only the post-doc/professor really knows what’s going on in a particular classroom unless the department can monitor everything. So a post-doc/professor could be saying he/she will teach X subject but then go on a rant about Black people. No one would know it unless the students call them out.

I feel bad for the guys mom. He's supposedly a first generation college student and doctoral at that. I don't think she really comes across as the shitty black single mother in his case from his ramblings. She did get him help and blacks do not have a good track record with Schizo's the Etika nonsense really highlighted that. People were bringing up BLM and CRT, I think the guy feels inferior it's plainly obvious from his ranting, not just as a black man but throughout his life. Dude probably had imposter syndrome on top of being a schizo.

Still the thing is fucking hilarious, thing is a treasure trove of memes. Glad the background check worked like they actually fucking do when the ATF doesn't purposefully ensure they fail so they can justify their budget.

Having a schizo in the family is never fun. Even minor schizophrenia can be disruptive and have hair triggers on some things. Our friend here is a prime example. They’re incredibly hard to deal with, and the medication can be very expensive. I really hope his mother is getting the support she needs to handle this.

This guy is a complete nutter and serial harasser and he got into a teaching position at an extremely famous university based on his skin color. This entire case is the perfect example of "the system" bending over and taking it up the butt for people who are not qualified all in an attempt to help minorities. Reality at this point in time, not the 1800's, not 1920, but 2022 is that the system is not "oppressing" them.

On his use of "NIGGER" in general, my guess is that it's something he picked up while rising through the ranks. He surely noticed that his white colleagues would wilt more often than not in the face of an angry black man dropping a well-timed N-bomb.
