Wow. Time to power level.

For those of you who are not familiar with the American federal system, you are guaranteed to get some amount of time in federal prison if found guilty. Which I'm absolutely positive will go over very well with him.

How Will They Sentence Our Black /Pol/fessor?
The American federal system sentences based on what's called a guideline system (some state courts do this too). It looks like an excel spreadsheet basically with a range in each square. So it looks at what your previous criminal record is as well as other mitigating circumstances to the case compared to whatever the guideline committee thinks is an appropriate sentence generally speaking for the type of crime incurred charges on. If guilty the judge sentences you based on these guidelines. However the judge can divert from these guidelines giving the 2005 United States v. Booker decision and increase or decrease penalty. Example: Reasons they might decrease is his mentals. Reasons they might increase is if he had a bomb already made.

Oh right. This also means whatever archaic district court judge (its a lifetime appointment) and his defense/prosecution team is going to read his 10,000 NIGGER Manifesto to find evidence for and against him. They also will likely have testimony/statements from Prof. Goldhead and other colleagues as well. It will really be one that you don't want to miss taking notes on. Hearing awkward white lawyers say "Nigger" in open court is really really funny because they have to say it as verbatim written so just picture it.

Also, there's a limited number of circuit courts and he's gonna be extradited to the nearest facility so finding out where he's going to be sent is pretty freakin' easy if any Kiwi wants their reporting awards for pretrial/ trial/ sentencing hearings. The fed courthouse buildings tend to be super fancy and super comfy so you will feel max luxurious.

The psychiatric nurse/doctor will also mandatory medicate him for this whole time so our lad will be coming back to reality slowly. Also COVID has slowed the courts even moreso than usual soooo....
