Honestly that sounds a lot like how St. Terry used to use the word. Since it was the word that carried the most emotional weight, when he was really in turmoil, he'd resort to just using it continually like a chant. I also remember one video where he was just ambling along the street and amiably said "hey nigger" to some black dude like he was just saying hi.
The dude was surprisingly mellow after the initial double-take where he was probably contemplating and then deciding against making a nigga moment of the whole thing. I honestly think the dude decided anyone just randomly walking up to people in a sketchy neighborhood and calling them "nigger" was probably touched in the head somehow and you don't beat up harmless crazy people.

I think Terry walked along that street a lot and he was known by the locals as a crazy. Also his appearance was definitely not normal. It's never worth it to engage with crazies.

On February 15 his court-appointed attorney made a motion to withdraw, I assume because he was a Red-Mongoloid or efrikan.
There's discovery going on in one of the cases too.
Maybe we can get Rekieta to pony up for the documents.

The new attorney is Nancy Kardon:

It seems our NIGGER has entered a plea of not guilty, been ordered to jail, and they're going through the pretrial setup here.
May 2 will be the start of a 4-day jury trial, if things get that far without him pleading out.

This post right here might be the only thing that could make me believe god, gods, any kind of deity is real & I will explain why. The only way I would believe a deity of any kind exists in any capacity is if this trial has at the very least an audio recording of the whole trial, & that this lawyer here has to read out even a decent handful of his manifesto as part of an insanity plea. This would become on my favorite court cases if they had it on record multiple usages of the word nigger just for a cotton pickin insanity plea. It's not very likely that this case will go to trial. And it's absolutely impossible that there will be an insanity plea - not only does the evidence already on the record rule it out, but the punishment he'd get under a successful insanity plea would be much worse than what he'll get as a Black defendant pleading out to relatively minor charges in a lefty urban jurisdiction.

Today's the day, his hearing should be taking place 3PM Colorado time.
I'm putting the odds at 85% pleading down to some minor nothing infraction, 10% pleading guilty to one or more of the actual crimes he was charged with, 5% demanding a full trial by a jury of GOLDHEADS.
