Wenn es zur Vollstreckung der Strafe kommt also nachdem das Urteil rechtskräftig geworden ist, falls das keine rhetorische Frage war. Das ist allerdings auch gerichtlich überprüfbar, welche Rechtsmittel das im Detail sind müsste ich selber nachlesen. In jedem Fall sind wir da aber noch lange nicht. Sowas ist höchstens der letzte Halm an den man sich noch klammern kann, ist aber keine realistische Rettung.
Der Herr hängt halt in einer Grauzone. Zu blöd ein normales Leben zu führen so wie es aussieht aber nicht bekloppt genug um untergebracht zu werden. Obviously the best option for him is to sell it again - if he gets sentenced to prison time without parole. Otherwise he would have to storage it somewhere. So would have to rent a garage/storage unit somewhere bc he has no contact to his family and he has no friends.

He is kind of on good terms with his neighbours in house number 10 (family Schweighöfer). Mrs. Schweighöfer supported him over the last years. Her support is documented. But that would be an really dumb decision bc Schweighöfers are in the line of fire too and it is likely that things could escalated again in Altschauerberg if haters get aware of the continuing support of the Schweighöfers.

Fast forward to the trial last year (October 2020):
He had to face trial for three cases of assault.
To explain it very easily: we have kind of three levels of assault. If you just punch someone in the face it's level 1 assault. If you use a weapon or something that could be considered to be a weapon like a bottle or a stone it's automatically level 2 assault. Drachenlord had to face trial for 3 level 2 assaults. He used a flashlight to punch two different persons and he threw a rock at another one.
In addition to these offences he had to face trial for several incidents where he insulted police officers. All of these incidents had been recorded or happened during live streams.

1) Why did he sell his house?

Normal small modernized (or newer builds) houses can go up to 300k €.

The main house wasn't modernized, e.g. no central heating, not very good insulated etc.
But there were 2 garages (1 tractor sized, the other one with a workshop attached), 2 barns ( 1 of which so large that it could hold agricultural tools for a tractor and at least 2 stories high) in addition to the main house.

I answer the rest (not German but I live close enough to these fuckers and many of them are my friends and live here):
1. He had a deal which he rejected to sell his house, stop youtube and start over again with support of the state and not having to do any prison time. It is assumed he felt like selling the house and becoming a nomadic "van pick up life youtuber" would make the court believe that he found a solution to his hater problem and he should get another chance again.
2. No chance he would have been able to find somebody who bought the house. If this went public, haters would have started to act as potential buyers and it would have become a total shitshow, and no real potential buyer could have been found. It's also hard to imagine that a private citizen would buy this house with all its infamity. What happened right now is something very unlikely and might have never happened before, or at least hardly ever.
3) He probably got more than 75k since, he was able to pay off all his debt (multiple 10ks at that point), buy a Ford Ranger (40k), a lot of new Tech and other stupid shit (around 10k maybe all together with a 3080, ram, screen, VR headset, new laptop, clothes and shit I have forgotten about or we don't even know). Of course, he also earned some money at that time with youtube, but this could hardly be more than 8k brutto for this periode, because Haters got him suspended on YouTube for multiple weeks before christmas by using the dmca system.
