Also wenn der Typ wirklich damit wieder durchkommt wird es echt ultra komisch und auch irgendwie wieder traurig was die deutsche Justiz angeht. Aber wenn man dann noch solch Hohlbirnen als Zeugen/Opfer die sich den gleichen IQ mit Rainer teilen könnte man auch nichts anderes erwarten. Hat man ja beim Handtuchhaider gesehen lel.

Probation should be off the table when this moron states that he has no intention of stopping his youtube e-begging. If the judge buys into his "I will ignore the haters", I've got a bridge (with a house beneath it) that I am willing to sell to her.

2 and a half years seems reasonable tbh. Would not be surprised if the judge goes easy and reduces it to one and a half years or something... 7 months is the bare minimum, since that's the sentence he narrowly avoided last time on probation (which failed).

It could be that they see the actions of the haters as mitigating circumstances. Which is normal and not Winkler luck. It also could be that they don't take into account the fact that people COME TO Rainer and not the other way round. Depends on how they see it. Both is not based on luck but on circumstances.
