Even the guy the genderbent is based off of wasn't fat. Yeah, he kinda has a gut, but he's still obviously in shape. He just has a lumberjack body. Big, not fat.

But technically it's really not an indication. This character is into victorian clothes so his "binder" could simply be a corset and it's never suggested otherwise that he is trans. They tried to make it subtle but it was SO subtle i wouldn't even call it "representation".
