Does anybody else not dream when they sleep?

Whenever I sleep I 'see' black until I wake up. Sometimes my body jerks itself awake and that feels like I'm falling for like a second and then 'crashing' into my bed, but I didn't actually move in my sleep significantly.

Anyway post your dreams here. Sexy dreams, scary dreams, whatever.
 
Last night my dog was crying in agony and couldn't walk.
Had a dream regarding despondently holding a dog collar like something had happened.
Today we put him to sleep.
So....

idk why but with every person I know for some reason the older they get the less they dream (in their sleep).

That's because most dreaming happens in deep sleep, and as we get older, we just sleep longer than that on average. We don't dream because we forget the dream before we wake up, or we wake up from a nightmare during stressful times.
 
I once dreamt I was a fully armored soldier with a heavy machine gun.It was dark and I see glowing enemy fire on a mountain and I run to hide behind a concrete wall that was as high as my shoulder. I mount my machine gun on the wall and return fire at the origin where the bullets came from and manage to kill my target.

I then see fake news where I “murdered” my target.
 
i wish i could stop dreaming since its all insane bullshit. i reed that your Dreams is a way for the brain to sort all the information out and if we did not Dream, we would slowly go insane. do i Dream alot beacuse im an insane person?

Last night I dreamt that I was friends with an occultist who could grant wishes, but he could make it a monkey's paw thing according to his whims. Some guy came to him wanting to rule the British Isles so my friend built a lab full of human brains floating in jars of piss that were somehow wired to a full body torture suit, where the guy was flayed, electrocuted, and sprayed with capsaicin directly into his lungs. The networked piss jar brains psychically amplified and transmitted his hellish agony to the UK, making it the shithole that it is now. It was pretty metal.
 
I was back at high school in an empty classroom. Standing in front of me was a girl who was the amalgamation of every girl at the school; an archetype if you will. Her lips part and out erupts at light speed a million utterances, have you done the work, what are your classes like, are you worried about exams, her thoughts of the day, her social problems. From my lungs a raucous shriek erupts:

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH" as her statements continue unceasingly for what feels like a small piece of eternity
 
One time I had a dream where I was contacted by Grays. My dream zoomed in on a child's pencil drawing of an apple on a table in the attic and they whispered that all the secrets of life lie in there.
Admittedly I'm now half convinced that the origins to all life or something lie in the DNA of apples.

During the long refreshing sleep, I had a dream about the carving of a great new road through a mountainous terrain. Many people attended the grand opening of the roadway, and I spent hours in the crowd of people. I see many familiar faces, but also some Koreans and Chinese here.

Later I was at a large hotel or community center with multiple conventions on the different floors. On one floor I met with my extended family, and I sifted through many piles of bizarre artwork and drawings which different people had brought to this image potluck.

On another floor there was a large arranged marriage ceremony happening (moonies?), but I stayed well away from here.
 
Late night dream update. Two nice dreams back-to-back.

First dream: Amusement park
I was visiting a park of the future. It had such thrillrides as a simulation of a bobsled ride down a treacherous mountain path, but it was all indoors, and the dangerous areas were cleverly designed to prevent falling to the death.

One area I particularly loved was a circular indoor arboretum, a slice of the outdoor captured inside. I searched for a while trying to find the secret romance spot along the edge of the forest, out of sight of strangers, but it was not possible.


Second dream: Superstore
Some old friends took me to a large store with an entire town built inside the structure. I discovered some curving railroad tracks at the back-right corner of this store, as well as a clear-water spring, and a brick building with an access ladder to the roof.

It took effort but I climb to the top of this building, and showed one of my friends this secret place. We climbed down, drank some cool refreshing water, and then walked to the middle of the store to explore the adobe structures there.

In the back-left of the store was a hilly range populated only with the greasewood plants. This led to a creosote field somewhere further back inside the store, and the store building interior had a simulated outdoor daylight condition.

Front left of the store was a shelf with lots of Nintendo and Sega systems on sale at low prices, sold used as-is. I did not wish to purchase them but I liked to browse. Left from here was an old Super Famicom display kiosk for sale but there was no price on it. I helped my friends investigate inside the cabinet and I almost broke the front plexiglass (oops).
 
I had a dream that I was with Thomas Aquinas and someone was calling him stupid and ignorant
