Dreams

I had a dream that involved the beloved Ethan Ralph (not gay I swear). It started with him announcing that he was having another child with his wife and he made the genius idea to have his supporters and fans poll for a name. Now Ralph had a boy in mind and the poll was sincere on how he wanted an alpha, 100% white name. However, the child turns up to be a girl and Raplh being a lazy fuck decided not to give her a girl's name. Thus, Gunther was born. I woke up laughing about it for a good while and it hurt.

I had a dream once where Stan from American Dad was in a Mortal Kombat/Street Fighter battle while stripped of his clothes except for his underwear. He looses.

Had a dream last night where I went completely feral and ran off to go live in the mountains. I still occasionally came back to civilization awkwardly to get food.

Yeah mine was food related, too. It was probably the most boring but relatable dream I've ever had. Some dreams take people to like underwater labyrinths like that scene from Jaws 2, lit up by arcade machines you can't play. But mine's about food.

I dreamed I had filled my shopping cart to the top with all my favorite foods. I pay 200 bucks, then I take a real quick trip to the restroom, come back, the cart disappeared like a ghost.

Needless to say I was furious. I wanted maw gawd damn food. So I'm going over every square inch of the grocery store looking for it.

I think it was just my unconscious mind saying I'm hungry.

Of all the adventures my unconscious mind could take me on, I was just pissed at the grocery store. I am lame.

around almost a decade ago, I often had dreams where my mouth would randomly fill up with a gray gummy paste and I could never spit it out faster than it would fill. Occasionally, some of my teeth would come off and get stuck between the paste and my gums, it was absolutely disgusting.
I do dream everyday but they've been getting more and more generic the more I age.

Nightmares are very rare but that's because they have to be more realistic to be believable, which makes the recent ones way worst than the childhood ones.

I just had a dream where the internet hit blocky and sent me to some weird akternate forum cuz i responded to Grant from myth busters on Twitter. Then null called me and by the end of the rhe call he admitted I found a pedophile elite page and he was tracking my location while i was on the phone. Which is silly because they can already find my phone and i think it's cuz YouTube is Trying to recommend a bunch of grant from myth busters stuff.

But what's weird is that its a follow up to another schizo dream wher i clicked the wrong buttons in order on this forum and something similar happened. Hopefully thst one is also a dream instead of schizophrenia or weird pedos trying to kill me, but I'm not hard to find so doesn't seem like it.

Just had a dream that I was dating Turkey Tom and he was Elaine Miller's brother. Waking up from this was very disorienting.

It was the end of the school year and we had just listened to a speech given by Bernie Sanders in our church. He was warning against the decline of democracy and ended by saying that more young people have contempt for democracy today than ever before. “BASED!”, I heckled. The audience and teachers filed out but around 6 or 7 of us stayed behind in the small church hall. Perhaps we were a group of friends.
Whilst discussing, It came about that one of our number (A classmate I knew in real life with the last name Cooper, I believe) had come into possession of George Floyd’s crucifix. He was talking about selling it for a few hundred dollars. As I informed him, this was absolutely absurd; I suggested that George Floyd's cross could sell not for hundreds of dollars, but a million dollars, because they treat him like a saint, Saint Floyd, and therefore his cross would be a sacred icon. It was silver, with an image of the Savior inlaid in it.

So it was arranged, and into our church immediately came the a buyer dressed head to foot in gold colored clothing, who looked like a cross between the professional wrestler Stardust (Cody Rhodes), Dagoth Ur, and Emperor Aurelian donning the visage of Sol Invictus. If you know you know. Since the cross was silver you of course need a genuine jew present to validate it, and so accompanying the golden man was the jewiest jew who ever jewed, complete with jewish getup, hat and dreadlocks (he looks like BLP kosher)
This is the moment where we all should have noticed something was wrong. However I only started to get uneasy when, after Dagoth Ur, New York jew and our seller had consulted and went into another room to discuss, I could see through the windows of the church hall we were in that we were being surrounded by three clowns. They actually spawned in the main hall with us, exited and were now blocking the entrance. Then they started screaming for Edward Scissorhands to come to them, like you might a dog or monster you're calling to to feast upon your prisoner.

As you might imagine, It's here where I decided to get the fuck out.

To do this, I simply decided to “wake up” or teleport away to a new scene, as you often can in dreams.
Afterwards, GenoSamuel kept a lolcow Fishtank kind of thing in china except the main room was an airplane interior where lolcows were kept and observed. DSP was near the cockpit at the front arguing with another lolcow. He's the only one I specifically remember up here but there were a couple more. Ethan Ralph and boogie1488 were sat right at the back far away from everyone else for some reason, not saying anything at all. Just completely silent and stony faced. GenoSamuel of course lived in the cockpit and was running the entire operation in his genial sort of way. I don't think it even was a Fishtank style livestream you know, he was literally keeping them as his prisoner in this plane cabin perched on top of a building tastefully decorated with Chinese jungle. Weird guy.

It was in this plane cabin I learned that those who had remained at the sale of George Floyd’s crucifix were all strangled to death by the Jewish clowns (and Edward Scissorhands) for being in possession of such a sacred icon.
All had been slaughtered, and the entire thing was livestreamed on kiwifarms.net. Many users were excited and mortified by this happening, but it appeared the livestream had been taken down by forum staff, disappointing me immensely. Maybe we should double their salary to give them an incentive to do better, I thought.
I tried to post about it but couldn't for some reason so I resolved to hand write my post on a piece of paper, and stick it to one of the seats at the front of the cabin in a conspicuous place. Not merely write the words down mind you, but arrange it exactly to look like a post box here on the site (eg. writing "Report" with the little bell at the bottom left, “Like" "+Quote" and "Reply" at the bottom right with “The false copy of Sunder” on the side). It was perfectly intuitive to me that if this was done, my handwritten note would be seen by @Null and faithfully posted to site proper on my behalf.
However, I also knew that such an odd method of posting would only be allowed by Herr Sneeder if I made the artistic contribution of drawing my profile picture along with it.

Tragically, I cannot draw.

I dream about being asleep. More often than I should.
Crazy that this is the most recent post. I came here to ask about this: does it make you feel more refreshed when you wake up after dreaming about sleeping/lying down/relaxing?

And is anyone like me- if you've had a long day and go to bed really tired, do you hope that you don't have a lot of activity in your dream(s) that night?

I don't think there's much of a difference when it comes to resting better. It's just a weird dream.
These types of dreams can be pretty interesting when you dream about being asleep or being very tired or waking up over and over. Trying to speak becomes very difficult and incoherent, like you're completely wasted. I should stop being lazy and read more about the theory of unconscious. It's pretty damn interesting.

It sucks how I usually can't see I'm dreaming in dreams.
There will be something that never works in dreams - often text changes, or phones don’t work well or something. Think about it in the day and eventually you’ll realise and be able to wake up in your dreams some of the time.
Question from work: patient reports daily nightmares since childhood. Always remembers dreams, always bad. Verdict? Nightmare disorder, but what does it mean?

Even with things working differently than in reality, I still usually think I'm in reality while dreaming.

You have to practise it in the daytime. Say your phone doesn’t work in dreams. Twenty times a day, check your phone and imagine what it would look like on a dream or real. It takes a while, it won’t happen every time but it’s worked for me.
That acceptance of weird shit in dreams is something that’s fascinating.

I just dreamed I was being chased by a giant black cat (~2x the size of a lion). It cornered me and kinda pinned me down, and I was petting it to calm it down. But every time I tried to slowly get up and away from it, it would grab my arm in it's mouth (not hard, but like I could sense it was getting mad whenever I tried to ease away from it).

Does anyone dream about past pets? Those ones make me sad. At least about once a month I dream about either a past dog I had running away or about forgetting to take them potty for like a whole day (the latter of which never happened IRL, but I guess I have some type of guilt deep inside).

I rarely dream, but I had a dream where I was running through a morphing dream building in an environment like Escape from Tarkov or Ghosts of Tabor. Had a firefight with a really tall dude, ran down a hill to a barrel with another weapon and mag on it. Visually checked mag for rounds, loaded and racked the slide, ran back up the hill to find the guy again. Another firefight, dude was lying on the ground bleeding out but still alive, and I put my gun to his forehead and pull the trigger, only for it to dry fire. I turn around and run down a hallway looking for another gun, fall into a mineshaft and wake up nearly screaming from the fall - like I exhaled really quickly IRL and that woke me up lol

I love having dreams. 95% of the time (if i remember then) I have good dreams that are enjoyable. It's free movies my brain creates on its own. Some of them have like a running storyline. A lot of them share
environments that I like. I should probably write down my dreams more often, especially the ongoing storyline ones.

Today, I had a dream after not having one for some time. A large component of it involved a theme of being tracked and/or manipulated by different people and their devices, giving a sort of feeling like my character or form in the dream was being gangstalked or being preyed upon. During it, it seemed to culminate in a feeling like paranoia, and my form, or rather my self, consequently attempted to escape these things by going through different places or environments to do so. I can't remember specific events until the end, but it felt like there were different attempts to prod my mind or self. Among the things I can list, there may have been encounters with those performing subconscious techniques, instances where there were a number of seemingly ordinary objects which I suspected to have underlying, nefarious purposes placed by others around me, and maybe a number of people trying to talk to me or come to me to sell or give me something.

My paranoia eventually seems to come to be justified by the end of the dream: As I sit at a computer, I open some program or game in a sort of containerized or restricted environment in general, and then I see the open browser (that interestingly enough it looks like Google Chrome) appearing to be hijacked and frozen by some process. With strong alarm and/or horror coming over me, I'm not able to stop the browser before the hijack concludes; then as my strong panic subsides, I get the feeling as though I have been robbed and violated in the aftermath, but I also feel as if I'll be finally left alone. Then I wake up.
