Well, it sort of is. For instance, go back a thousand years and they were acting much like Islam is acting now. Religions generally calm down as they age and drop the aggressively expansionist behavior that got them as large as they are now. That said, it was normal to act that way back then and a lot of why we still have a lot of ancient scholarship is the Church preserved it, even when it was considered heretical or harmful enough to hide from the people.

He was often right on technical issues, yes, but if and only if said technical issues didn't cross over with his autistic fixations. Remember that his entire raison d'être for contributing for Bitcoin was developing Tonal Bitcoin, which was, as you said, wanted by no one. Didn't seem to deter him from sperging at extreme lengths about tonal numbers and Tonal Bitcoins, though.
