There are no posts, uploads or comments from this account, as seen via the e-hentai upload url (https://e-hentai.org/uploader/SirCmpwn (a)) and Google search (https://www.google.com/search?q="SirCmpwn"+site:e-hentai.org (a)) Compare with other accounts with comments, posts or uploads that return results.

Now you may be wondering, what is the point of an account with no posts, uploads or comments? This is because e-hentai's sister site, exhentai.org, requires an e-hentai account to access it. But what is the point of exhentai? Why not use e-hentai? exhentai contains all the galleries that are forbidden on e-hentai, namely lolicon and shotacon. SirCmpwn presumably wanted to access this trove of forbidden fruits and made himself an account to view it. It is also possible that he has comments on exhentai only galleries which are not indexed by Google. Someone with access to exhentai could try finding these comments, although it is unlikely.

I asked him if these documents were his work, and the response I received can most charitably be described as "not a denial".

I've been looking through the thread - And I couldn't find an answer - What does SirCmpwn mean? I'm curious.
I'm familiar with Drew from before, but I've never been able to figure out what his alias means.
(My theory: it doesn't mean anything - it's just a jumble of letters, he just capitalises it that way because it begins with "Sir". Notice at the beginning it was just "sircmpwn")
(but if you have a different theory, please let us know)

To be clear to those not clicking on the link, this is not just "cute anime girls" but actual fully nsfw images. (Even r/Pomf has limits, though. Quoting rule 6: "No toddlercon. There's /r/todcon for that.")

Why does drew run his bot on NSFW loli subs? I'm sure it's because while he would never approve of such material, being only an SFW lolicon, (albeit with the occasional, healthy indulgence of more sophisticated depictions of art on danbooru and exhentai, being separate of course from raw, unintellectual pedophilia, which Drew of course abhors) he also feels the pain of his fellow NSFW lolicons not being able to find the source.

(Also, on a technical note, Drew links to r/pomf while the archive is for r/Pomf with upper case "P." From some tests with other subreddits these seem to be the same thing. Additionally, it is not reasonable to assume that Drew only set up the bot for SFW subreddits and then after he left someone else added r/Pomf. The page says "Submissions restricted – Only approved users may post in this community." In 2014 he was still actively manning the bot (see https://old.reddit.com/r/awwnime/comments/21602i/white_haired_cat_girl_with_glasses_otherwise/ https://archive.is/uMB5o links directly to his wiki page) and the last not-deleted post by the bot was in https://www.reddit.com/r/awwnime/comments/37oufl/i_i_accidentally_planted_myself_can_you_help_me/ on 2015-05-29 where it links to Drew's repo (https://github.com/SirCmpwn/SauceHunt) r/Pomf was added to the wiki in on Tue Apr 28 20:16:21 2015 UTC according to the history, (https://old.reddit.com/r/sircmpwn/wiki/index/saucehunt?v=6fc06c56-ede3-11e4-b9d3-22000b2c0af5) which is before this last post which was attributing the bot to Drew's repo. If he really did leave by then, it also wouldn't make sense for whoever updated the wiki to still inlcude "/u/SauceHunt is a bot by /u/sircmpwn." and especially "Send feedback to /u/sircmpwn." And of course he would still have to merge the pull request to add r/Pomf to his bot becuase he controlled the repo. In fact, I wonder he himself was banned in 2015 along with r/Pomf for being a member there. The timelines seem to add up.)

I can't edit my post anymore but Drew's repo was archived in 2018 and it was still up (https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://github.com/SirCmpwn/SauceHunt/). Notably there are zero forks which implies that Drew was the only one working on it. IIRC GitHub forks are not updated when a user deletes their fork, so it isn't like someone forked the repo, made changes, upsteamed them and then deleted their repo. That is why sometimes you see a repo with forks (1) but when you click the link it shows nothing. The last possibility is that people can add the bot to their subreddit without Drew doing anything manually somehow, but the link to add the bot to a sub reads:

The earliest reference I can find to SirCmpwn (aka Drew DeVault) is going back to 2009 in some XNA website (Archive). No clue on what it means. But it could be abbreviated even shorter to "cmpwn" which is his own personal domain that he uses for his Mastodon/emails. New finding though, "Sir_Cmpwn" seems to be another iteration of his socials before he dropped the underscore as detailed below in some HN run-ins by people with Drew. Searching for Sir_Cmpwn reveals couple new never before seen search results. Maybe Google will spider more results for it soon now that it's being searched for.

Another interesting observation. his cmpwn.com domain, drew-devault.com, and stallman-report were all registered with the same Registrar 1API GmbH which is based out of Europe. This is info we already knew, but only the drew-devault and stallman-report registrar info had been connected.

I found a reference to Sir_Cmpwn from the lead and co-founder of talkjs.com skrebbel from the Netherlands (where drew resides) from 2019 on HN (Archive), who along with what could be either real or sockpupets (some of them look like sockpuppets due to the self-jerk comments). eterps former coder for blendle, also from Amsterdam, Netherlands, RX14, hazbo, and theWheez. The whole interaction seems very odd, all in the same day, all from theh same country where Drew is now based in. Could possibly be a coordinated SEO attempt by him and his buddies to boost his search rankings, still pretty cringe. I skimmed most of the names, but nothing that stood out appeared for now.

Some Russian goons were removed from the Linux Kernel Driver teams a couple hours ago for being from Russia, Russia, Russia, which gave me the idea to try yandex.com since google search is getting worse and worse every year and takes so long for it to spider and crawl. I was able to find more instances of websites linked to Sircmpwn, such as last.fm, imgur, steam (was online as the moment of writing this), obscure gaming forums from 2011, most of them dead and empty and nothing interesting from what I've seen so far. I'm going to continue Yandex hacking since it's feeding me better results than Google because the Goog seems pozzed. Just an idea for anyone that Google hacks, give Yandex a try. You'll just have to deal with a pesky 1 time captcha request after 2-3 searches that goes away right after. Going to see just how good this thing is at crawling.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse after the IRC and Danbooru leaks, it really do be getting worse 🤮🤢. This finding is very important because it is the smoking gun that links Drew's loli hobby to going not just from lewd and legal (in some countries), to him being associated with promoting and assisting in the distribution of confirmed illegal sexually explicit loli anime CSAM material. He can't even deny and say he can't control what other people use his software for as he proudly displayed his association with the bot and the illegal loli subreddit /r/pomf/ on his own Reddit wiki for saucehunt. Double, triple, quadruple, quintuple archive that, for sure. I can already envision the section of a report that explicitally links him to illegal anime CSAM with this finding and not just lewd loli anime 😱.

He claimed multiple times he did rocket science at SpaceX, but according to his own resume, all he did was just some bloated Microsoft ASP.NET internal content management system for the inventory of one of the warehouses which any wordpress, drupal, or joomla CMS can do. Maybe they realized they can just use wordpress and some plugins to do the same thing for free and in a better programming language too and then fired his ass.

imgrush.com is a MediaCrush-based website (imgrush github). It was started in January 28, 2015 when Drew annunced he was shutting down mediacru.sh (source). When Drew's mediacru.sh went down, he sent all his user's images to imgrush. (source, source2,). 3 of the 25 images archived in r/pomf are using imgrush. One is a link to chan.sankakucomplex.com and the rest are imgur.com, making imgrush the second largest image host on the site (at least with this small dataset.) Of course, it's possible that both Drew and jonahmay (imgrush creator) had no idea of it, but that seems unlikely being that Drew himself added his bot to r/pomf, and in general there is tremendous overlap between these subreddits. Of these, Drew is documented to have posted on /r/Pantsu and /r/Awwnime. he added his bot to /r/Patchuu and r/Pomf. My guess here is that mediacru.sh was originally used as a recommended image host for r/Pomf, with Drew himslef possibly advocating for it personally. After all, mediacru.sh was shut down at the end of Januray, yet this new image host that was just a replacement for mediacru.sh just so happens to get added to one of Drew's communitites? I think the entire reason Drew made mediacru.sh at all was becuase he didn't feel safe uplading his images to imgur. That's also why he also added the hidden service version.
