You never could. Remember when the "liberal" New York Times lied us into the Iraq War with neocon shill Judith Miller repeating already discredited lies from Rafid Ahmed Alwan al-Janabi (CIA codename "Curveball") to set off the highly profitable war?

You can go back all the way to the Revolutionary War to find absolutely outrageous lies in the "newspapers" of the day. And that's just America. As long as there has been a press there has been a Lügenpresse.
From the Rolling Stone Magazine in 1977. How far they have fallen (Archive). The entire article is worth a read for anyone who has never seen it.

The CIA And The Media — Carl Bernstein

carlbernstein.com
In 1953, Joseph Alsop, then one of America’s leading syndicated columnists, went to the Philippines to cover an election. He did not go because he was asked to do so by his syndicate. He did not go because he was asked to do so by the newspapers that printed his column. He went at the request of the CIA.
Alsop is one of more than 400 American journalists who in the past twenty‑five years have secretly carried out assignments for the Central Intelligence Agency, according to documents on file at CIA headquarters. Some of these journalists’ relationships with the Agency were tacit; some were explicit. There was cooperation, accommodation and overlap. Journalists provided a full range of clandestine services—from simple intelligence gathering to serving as go‑betweens with spies in Communist countries. Reporters shared their notebooks with the CIA. Editors shared their staffs. Some of the journalists were Pulitzer Prize winners, distinguished reporters who considered themselves ambassadors without‑portfolio for their country. Most were less exalted: foreign correspondents who found that their association with the Agency helped their work; stringers and freelancers who were as interested in the derring‑do of the spy business as in filing articles; and, the smallest category, full‑time CIA employees masquerading as journalists abroad. In many instances, CIA documents show, journalists were engaged to perform tasks for the CIA with the consent of the managements of America’s leading news organizations.
The history of the CIA’s involvement with the American press continues to be shrouded by an official policy of obfuscation and deception for the following principal reasons:
■ The use of journalists has been among the most productive means of intelligence‑gathering employed by the CIA. Although the Agency has cut back sharply on the use of reporters since 1973 primarily as a result of pressure from the media), some journalist‑operatives are still posted abroad.
■ Further investigation into the matter, CIA officials say, would inevitably reveal a series of embarrassing relationships in the 1950s and 1960s with some of the most powerful organizations and individuals in American journalism.

No engagement, but this account ( Archive ) is super on Keffals' side.

While I definitely agree that journalists are scum, do you hold out at all that there is good journalism? Do you have any people or papers you genuinely think do a good job?
The only good journalists are the ones who expose third-world dictators and drug cartels.

And they only become 'good' after the dictators and cartels get finished with them.

"Turn yourself in to the authorities"
>Jewsh walks into serbian police dept.
>"Hello, i'd like to turn myself in. For the past decade i've ran a cyberbullying forum on the internet."

Sure, because investment groups and bankers are on the side of the plebs. They really care about things like not being mean to people, that's why Bernie Maddoff has such a glowing Wikipedia page about what a generous soul he is. That's why they loaned millions to people who couldn't afford to pay the mortgages back.

These investors aren't going to do shit you retards.

Projection yet again. We know these groomers and pedophiles wouldn't ever turn themselves in to the police for their actions.

I'm sure there are good investigative journos out there, but I guarantee they get crushed by the political machine, and quickly replaced by kowtowing faggots.

There was a really good local guy named Charlie Leduff out of Chicago who did great stuff. But then he "suddenly retired" around the time he started focusing too much on political corruption.

Anyone that questions the troon agenda will get silenced, because perverted dudes in dresses don't people asking too many questions.

oh nooooo farmers my biggest priority is knowing if mentally ill twitter trannies will forgive me for posting on the dreaded New Zealand Fruit Farms
I like how Ching Chong Jones is so terminally online that he uses _le Discord italics_ on Twitter. Wonder what kind of Discords he's in? :tomgirl:

There's not a lot to be said on the whole "cult" insanity that hasn't already been said (a bunch of idiots believing and pretending to believe that Jersh would personally doxx everyone who goes inactive wtf lol). But the "atonement and forgiveness" schtick? Who the fuck do you think you are talking like that, a fucking troon priest? Do I need to wash off my sins of criticising paedophiles and zoophiles before I can take my unholy cummunion, Father Jones?

Because i've yet to find anything worthy of being considered consistently 'good' journalism.
Veronica Guerin? Not many people remember her because she was murdered by drug dealers for covering their crimes.

Yes, because Jersh really cares what *checks notes* antiKFaction is saying on Twitter. All of the other pages with hundreds of thousands of followers, and Jersh reads this one page and goes, "Oh damn, well, in that case..." and turns himself in.

Usually all I have to do to find decent outlets, is to see what outlets have been suspended from Twitter regularly.
