Glenn Greenwald is about the only one I have any faith in to actively provide a biased free take on things. The work he did with Snowden didn't hurt.

There are a couple substacks that are interesting but mostly if you do much research on them, they fall apart in consistency. Matt Taibi and Aaron Mate are both good. They are on Jimmy Dore's youtube show often which has this weird role of Left politics but honest about the authoritarian bent of the modern Democrat party.

Since Mate was mentioned, also want to mention Michael Tracey, though he focuses much more on domestic stories than most of the other names you mentioned.

My only problem with the Mate/Blumenthal-sphere is that they worked in the past with some outright tankies like Benjamin Norton, until there was some behind the scenes falling out with him.

I like the imagination in the critics heads like we operate as a newsroom. "Johnson keep a watch on this Twitter account he posts you archive!"

To be fair I'm sure there are users who do treat this as an autistic passion. But for me and I'm sure most users we just see something funny pop up on Twitter and we share it.

It's not exactly difficult and Twitter & Instagram are designed to make it easy to track posts. Truly MATI.

Dore's a fucking retard who pretty much just plagiarises Russia Today. The "I'm actually left of the Democrats" thing is especially dumb given how any one with half a brain knows that socialism ends in mass graves. Plus we can all guess he voted for Trump twice.

He unironically said that he had better intelligence in Libya than mainstream news services. Unless he's getting it straight from the SVR I press X for doubt.
