DSP's Amazon Wish List - https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3RGWWKZJKJL5A

He's mentioned before he's "too busy" aka, lazy to go to the store and trade in games. You're 100% right though that's the better option, and it has been pointed out countless times by both fans and detractors alike. I think as with most Phil things, the laziness is probably the prime factor, but I think another reason has to do with his schedule obsession. If he's ordering physical copies, he has to wait for them to arrive. If it doesn't get there in time, he couldn't possibly play another game because that's not on the schedule.

I think the other thing is, despite what he said later in chat, Phil was clearly hoping he could avoid putting his address on the wishlist by only having digital purchases on it.
With a minimum amount of effort, Phil could still get physical copies of games and sell them back to recoup 20-30% of his "losses" (i.e., get $15-20 back from games his whores buy him). He could:

  1. Put physical copies of new releases on his Amazon wishlists
  2. Receive new games delivered to him on release day, necessitating only his daily drive (lol) down to his mailbox
  3. Play the game constantly in accordance with his autistic schedule until he beats it
  4. Order FREE mailing supplies from the USPS, which will be delivered right to his fucking door
  5. Trade the game in to Amazon for credit toward more overpriced trash - they will email him a label to attach onto whatever box he uses to ship them
  6. Set up FREE parcel pickup for the boxes via the USPS website
Zero cost. None of that dreaded human interaction. No extra trips to the post office required (though why he couldn't do it as part of his precious errands like a real fucking adult during his day off is beyond me). I've been doing this for years because I'm a goddamn shut-in too apart from my 9-to-5 Office Job for Suckers and I don't even haul ass through my games because I can't play them for eight hours a day, and I still get a good return on them. I also figured this out over the course of ten minutes' research and one two-minute conversation with someone much smarter than me.

Phil is a fucking faggot and he can go shove a whole bundle of PSN giftcards sideways between the lips he never kisses his wife with.

I think my favorite part of this little arc was when he was crying about companies being troll proof and being behind the times and he used faxing things as an example like it’s an ancient thing.

Idk about you all but my office has several printers with built in fax machines, I’ve dealt with mom and pop shops in BFE that send us invoices by fax....maybe companies or banks that require you to fax something to them expect you to be not a pathetic shut in and have a job you could fax something from....

I've had to send several faxes in the last few years without owning a fax machine. I go to Staples and pay like $0.25/sheet.

This is like when people were telling him that he could just take his action figures to the UPS store and they would literally do everything for him, but DSP insists that he can only do it his way and it costs $50-$100. His fax machine rant is just an excuse to not do something, the same way his shipping costs rant is an excuse to not actually part with any of his action figures.

Or, if he really can't stand shuffling his hikko ass into a FedEx store, he could go a few days without making any microtransaction charges and buy himself a cheap-as-fuck laser printer/scanner/fax machine and do it like he does everything else: at home, unwashed and in his underpants.

DSP just said that he could put a Sega Genesis Mini on his wish list, but I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or not.

I'm currently looking into the legality of Phil's current big brain idea. It might take some time however, as a reply usually takes 2 business days.
I want to add I've not mentioned him by name or nickname, nor his business or anything that could identify him. The only thing I had to use was Renton, WA because different laws. I'm doing this so we finally have some semi substantial conformation whether or not everything he is doing is fine.

If this sounds like a gay OP please delete, as it really was not my goal.

I dont think that counts as a gay op.

Never any harm in legal info gathering, imo. Acting like a big ol' fag is usually the hallmark of gay ops.

This may actually bear fruit as we have a more firm idea of what Phil is doing than usual since we can actually see his wishlist, instead of being forced to rely entirely on what comes out of his mouth (which are always lies).

The only upside is now a 60 dollar game will cost his dumbass fans 60 dollars instead of whatever arbitrary amount Phil has decided the game 'actually' costs.
People shouldn't buy him games period. If he wants money for a new game, he can get off his fat ass and get a real job like he lied to his own mother about doing promised his mother he would.

Nigga is pulling down over $8k from Twitch alone and he wants to shove off his single business cost onto his customers. I don't think that's average for him (@actually pls confirm if the mood takes you) but one person swinging high five-figures annually as part of a two-income household should be struggling only if their expenses are high, and by expenses I don't mean life essentials. Food, medicine, clothing, housing and utilities isn't going to break someone with that kind of income.

Only two possibilities exist:

  1. Phil is living far beyond his means.
  2. Phil is building a tidy retirement by crying poor.

Given how pants-on-head retarded he is about money, being fiscally responsible in one single aspect of his life and completely balls-out buckwild in all others, I think Option Two is very unlikely. So fuck him, let him buy his own games. He managed it all this time that he's been supposedly struggling. What's different now that he suddenly can't?

I think that's the part that bothers me most about DSP: the complete refusal to invest any money back into his own business.

DSP threatening to slap the shit out of an 11 year old girl is infamous as it is, but what gets overlooked is his statement "your parents bought you a gaming PC, what's wrong with this picture?" 'Dood', all fucking PCs are good enough for gaming now. DSP still thinks that a 'real' gaming PC is the $3000 brick that he bought, He could easily go on PCPartPicker or some equivalent, and set up a good gaming PC for like $1000 and an adequate one for like $500. But his mind is still in that "gaming PCs are expensive" mindset from over a decade ago. Hundreds of Twitch streamers have figured out the PC gaming issue by now, but DSP can't. Then again, he can't even figure out a fucking wish list.

Hell, he's been bitching about his broken keyboard for seemingly years now. It would cost $20 to buy a new wireless one on Amazon.

His patrons are already paying for it, according to his patreon. Did he think we would forget?

According to DSParchive, Phil suggested putting another switch pro controller on his wishlist. So this to me makes it seem that he buys Kat all kinds of shit, like a Nintendo switch. Would make sense because of that long flight to CT during the wedding trip where they could both have shit to do. Because Phil won't even bother doing the PSN share function to share games, instead she buys her own copy.

He doesn't want adequate. He wants to be able to play games on max setting and stream simultaneously on the same computer.

Correct. Twitch average is ~$6000-6200 historically, if I leave out months that are >$10k (like the E7 month that was like $20k). Closer to like $6600 if I include them, I think.

He's not worried about us. He's only counting on his idiot ass fans to not remember, and successfully at that. Keep in mind people like sleaye, who cheered a total $35 to 1) ask if Phil got the PSN code he bought for him off the wishlist, 2) apologize to Phil for the inconvenience of having to open an email to receive said code, 3) mention the correct pronunciation of their name (which Phil has been told before), and 4) confirm that Phil got the email with the PSN code.

That's who Phil is trying to quintuple-dip on. And so far, it's working out perfectly for him.

So far I have gotten just one reply, waiting on two more.
I was told to use form 3949-A, Information Referral and send it in with as much information as possible.
Might just have been someone telling me subtly to fuck off because they don't feel like answering questions and dealing with some gamer shit.
Just as clarification, I will not send them anything mainly because I'm not from the US and because I can't be fucked.

Edit: If anything borders gay ops please nuke my post to oblivion.
I'm just seeing where this goes because the question about his big brain idea comes up all too often.

I think he seriously lives 10 minutes from a Gamestop, too. But I bet he'd be scared to run into someone that recognizes him there.

Also, doesn't the mall where Kat works have a Gamestop? Just saddle up some bags full of games he wants to return on Ole Mare next time she goes to work. He doesn't even have to go. Isn't that what Soulmares are for?

Maintain vagueness, and feign moving to that state and wanting to do the Amazon wishlist thing yourself. If you play it as a "I was thinking of moving here and doing this, but I'm unsure if this causes a problem on my taxes", they may be less hand-wavey. Better for them to nip the problem in the bud than deal with investigating it later on.
