Experimenting further, leaving out "kiwi farms" or "kiwifarms" but searching very kiwi farms topics brings up references from other sites (Nulls encyclopedia dramatica entry for example, or the kiwi farms wikipedia page) but not kiwi farms itself, at least not in the first bunch of results.

Bing is upstream of Yahoo, Yahoo is upstream of Oath, Oath is upstream of DDG. There are only a handful of indexers anymore, Yahoo signed a deal with Microsoft a long time ago which resulted in them entirely relying on Bing for search. This deal was later modified, allowing Yahoo to use other sources for their mobile content. That is why you see mobile tracking promoted so heavily on Oath, and why there was that difference in censorship between mobile search and desktop search.

But the current hostilities between the US and Russia are systemic. The Kremlin's been basing itself on opposition to the US since the mid '00s, and not one day of the eight years of defference given during the Obama years made any difference in improving relations. Peace can't exist where it's not wanted.

Cold War II's here to stay as long as Putin defines his regime by opposition to the West.
