Yes he could feasibly escape the DUI. If it isn't in his system at the time he's caught he has plausible deniability. He could just say he slipped on ice and if a ween posts the video, he'll just say he was worked up. It won't excuse the auto-theft and the death threats, maybe Kyle can work some extra magic and win over the prosecution with some zen meditation?

He can't get a DUI, he said no in the video and its already to late to breathalyzer him. Any proof he drank is COMPLETELY gone at this point.

It's hilarious he thinks he could street race with a Prius. I own a Honda Insight (poor man's Prius) and it goes from zero to sixty in like 45 seconds.

RE: Injuries. Jace is in full Stryker mode + concussion = he probably thought he could heal himself by drinking toilet water like in Fallout. I just hope the blood is from broken glass and not bashing his head. Not to mention his back. My friend broke his back in three places because he flipped his truck having sex while drunk driving 3x the legal limit and he was so drunk/full of adrenaline that he was able to get out of his car and walk around before the ambulance showed up.

Kyle's grow up: Come on guys. Kyle lives with his parents. There is no way he's growing in his parent's house. He's probably using a stoner buddy's basement or something.

If there's one thing I believe Jace will be able to pull off, it's the assassination of the Gamergate movement. All of that stupidity has clearly gone long enough.

I'm watching Black Hawk Down and now all I can think of is "We got a blue Prius down. We got a blue Prius down."

Also, I'm sure Gail forgot she's a devout Christian and let Jace have it with some decidedly un-Christian language. If Jace's driver's license is still suspended/revoked he'll either be facing a few months in jail or some serious fines for operation of a vehicle on a suspended/revoked license, not to mention his public threats to Brianna Wu. I knew Jace was going to lose his paddle while touring Shit Creek eventually, but he lost the whole fucking canoe this time.

I haven't followed this guy because the plot seems so intricate and long term but that was seriously like one of the funniest videos I've ever seen. I guess I've got some reading to do, I'm all in.

Alright, someone has to ask him about that. I am not going to say he's a ruse but that's awfully suspicious...

Edit 2: Evidence suggests there is no Ruse, possibly a change of paint or different Prius.
